Brian Zack of Diamond Home Group of Garceau Realty

Experiencia fantástica: Brian first helped us see a couple houses and then after we moved to building a house he was helpful with good information and support during and even after our move!

Experiencia fantástica: Brian was very responsive and organized which we greatly appreciated. He was professional from the start and understood our goals as we lived in a rural area of MD. He knew our concern for selling quickly and took all steps to market our home accordingly. With that we sold our home in 6 days!!! Amazing and fun to work with. We'd recommend Brian and his company to any seller. We really liked the weekly updates he provided. Thank you Brian and Team.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian is great! Awesome customer service and gets back to you right away! Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: What can I say about this guy… Zack, this was the second time that we used you to buy a home. To me, connection, trust, honesty & being comfortable around you. You gave that to us all the way through. Even though it was a nightmare with the other part, but we won’t go there. You have been amazing through this whole process. Every time I needed to talk to you you responded to me with professionalism and I know if we ever look into selling another home we would try to make you a part of it. JUST YOU!!! Thank you so much for everything that you have done for us through & through to buy our DREAM home Zack!! You weren’t just an agent to me throughout this whole process. I now look at you as my friend. I would recommend you over and over again!!

Experiencia fantástica: Brian was great to work with. He was very responsive, on top of things, and was able to match the perfect tenant on the first walk through!

Experiencia fantástica: Thoughtful, thorough, and an incredible agent. Ask for Brian!

Experiencia fantástica: One of the characters that I like working with Brian is his optimism. The home I was selling sat in the market for 4 months. There were many showing schedules and I was getting a little disappointed and worried if my home may not have been presented appropriately. Talking to him, I expressed my concerns considering I will be taking a long vacation soon. He never showed panic and was able to reassure me by saying "while many are looking at the house we have not found our buyer just yet". Brian also worked with me in ensuring that the house gets a fair price reduction when it was the issue. Him together with his team provided updates as appropriate and I was never left out the dark at any given time during the sale period. Hands down to this group. I would definitely use them again should the need arises.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian went above and beyond in the sale of our property. We were so impressed with his marketing expertise and collaborations with the videographer and photographer to showcase the uniqueness of our farm, which ultimately lead to multiple offers. His attention to detail and great communication really put us at ease throughout the process. Highly recommend!

Experiencia fantástica: Looking for a relator, then Brian is the one for you!! He sold our house in 2020. When this move came along in 2026, he assisted us for over 18 months in finding the right house for us. He is professional, friendly, responsive, and always looking out for his client. He is extremely knowledgeable about the location we chose for our house. He goes the extra mile to ensure the client is happy with everything. He provided recommendations for contractors in the area, to help make our transition smooth. So happy we chose him. I highly recommend Brian Zach as a relator if you are looking to buy a house or sell your current house.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian recently helped us sell our home and did a fantastic job. From our first introduction to closing, Brian was professional, responsive and understanding. He is very knowledgeable about real estate laws, rules and practices -- and if he was unsure of a question or approach he would research the topic and provide an answer with supporting information. He and his team were helpful throughout the entire process. I definitely recommend Brian Zack!

Experiencia fantástica: Brian Zack and his team were recommended to us from previous clients. We were moving from Baltimore County to Harford County and didn’t know of any realtors in the area. From start to finish, Brian and his team were there for us every step of the way. Neither my wife nor I had bought a house in nearly 30 years. The process had changed a bit and was a little daunting for us. However, Brian made the transition much easier. He helped getting our house staged properly to be listed for sale. He did such a good job that our home was sold 2 days before it ever hit the open market and at $5000 over list!!! On the backend, the sale and moving process to our new home was seamless. If you require a Realtor that has your sale, moving, and buying needs completely covered, look no further than Brian Zack

Experiencia fantástica: This is our third listing and sale with Brian Zack. I believe that our repeat business says it all. Although selling a home may be stressful, all of our interactions with Brian and the office staff was stellar.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian and his team were the BEST decision we could have made to help sell our home. We moved out of state prior to putting our house on the market. Brian and his team went above and beyond to make sure every step of the selling process was clearly communicated. They were able to recommend contacts to help prepare the house to sell quickly and get the best value for it. We can't thank you enough!

Experiencia fantástica: We are incredibly grateful for the outstanding service provided by Brian Zack during our recent cross-country move. Relocating from the West Coast to the East Coast is no small feat, but he made the process seamless from start to finish. Despite the distance, he went above and beyond—taking the time to tour properties virtually with us, offering expert guidance every step of the way, and ensuring we felt confident and informed throughout the process. His professionalism, responsiveness, and deep understanding of the market helped us find and secure the perfect home quickly. Thanks to his dedication and attention to detail, we were able to close smoothly and with peace of mind. He never hesitated to answer the difficult questions or do the dirty work to make sure the process was seamless for my wife and l. I highly recommend Brian and his group.

Experiencia fantástica: Brian is all you could ask for in a realtor. He's knowledgeable about the pros and cons of homes and trends in the industry. He's also very personable and easy to work with. Whenever we had interest in homes, he was quick to get us a tour set up that week. Additionally, when we found homes we were ready to put an offer in on, he had paper work ready the same day or at latest the next morning. Finally, we were first time home buyers and weren't sure who all we needed to make our purchase happen, but Brian has established contacts for every step of the process. He helped us find a lender, an inspector and a title agency and all of his recommendations were wonderful to work with. He helped us close on our perfect home and I can't recommend him highly enough!

Experiencia fantástica: Thank you, Brian, for your warm, professional, and caring service. We so appreciated your help as we navigated the new home construction process. An exciting yet daunting time, and during a very busy and hectic season, you were willing to assist us, albeit not a “client.” You took the time to answer questions, advocate, and intervene when we felt others were not responding in a timely manner. With each communication, you were generous with your time while sharing your professional knowledge and expertise, and you concluded each contact with a “Let me know should you have any questions,” and “Don't hesitate to reach out if you ever need anything!” Thus, we strongly recommend your professional services without reservation. Kind regards, The Adams

We bought and sold a lot of houses through the years. After our aggressive and confident approaches with Team Brian, our house was sold on 11 April 2024 and closed on 26 April 2024.
