Experiencia fantástica: It's been said many times that selling, Purchasing or building a home will be one of the most stressful things you will ever undertake...as a contractor I have (Had the talk) with many of my clients,family and friends throughout the years... I've always said that yes it's a mountain your gonna climb but trust me when you finally get to the top the uphill struggle will immediately be forgotten about that first day you wake up in your new home or in my case the burden of owning two homes was cut in half.... So a quick fact about me...I'm Irish and I'm a Ginger all of the stereotypes apply lok I'm quick to react and that's not always a good attribute when it comes to high stress events.... I was 100% ready to walk away several times with my sale... Here's the part about why you want Gesine to sell your home ... Her ability to first listen and let her clients blow off steam... Then calmly explain and redirect that stress reaction to more positive thinking is amazing She really has a nac of doing this! It's a quality that is not often found and I think it's one of the most important attributes a realtor can possess That being said, a realtor cannot be a wall flower and at times needs to be aggressive! It's how you balance the aggressiveness with compassion and patience that is the tricky bit... So I would have to describe Gesine as a pitbull with butterfly wings She will bare her teeth and make the parties take notice but then flutter in for a soft landing and before you know it...things have just gotten done! My transaction was not easy for me but more so because of an emotional attachment to my home Gesine realized this and to a degree let me run with my own rules...she knew eventually I would have to conform to reality and was patient...when I finally did that things started to move and my home was sold... The point I'm trying to make is that many times she mentioned it's about "What you want" not her.... She kept pushing forward when truthfully I had unrealistic expectations... I have known a TON of realtors in my profession and to be honest not always held them in high regard... (There are many that are just snakes!) But I will tell you this Gesine is one that has... Integrity! Compassion! Knowledge! Drive! and patience... You want her in your corner Trust me on this... Thank you Gesine!!!

Even with the Covid -19 situation, she didn't miss a beat. You'd be hard pressed to find someone more committed to working with you. As first time sellers and non natives to the US, my husband and I felt we needed a realtor that would be our champion for conquering the trials and tribulations ahead of us, someone to (figuratively) hold our hands through the whole procedure. We interviewed realtors to find the person for us and Gesine came out as the front runner from the get-go.
