Experiencia fantástica: Let me start by saying, I’ve never been really into “buyers agents”. But not this time. We connected with Matt simply because he was the listing agent on one of the many houses we were considering. The area we wanted was about 2 hours from our old house. That meant we couldn’t just pop up here at any time. I honestly needed a true agent to represent me, my family, and our needs. Not only does Matt share my appreciation of a good beard, he knows these towns inside and out. They never try and get the best offer for your home, they just want to say how fast they sold your home. All they talk about is the square footage of your home and not what your home offers. I had the buyer's adjuster tell me that I was giving my home away at the price my realtor was listing my home for. Worst decision I ever made going with Bear Mountain!!! Worst ever!!!
