Experiencia fantástica: I spoke to Mo at the office on Monday by Wednesday (they did offer Tuesday service but my schedule was full)I had someone there to fix my dryer and garbage disposal. Both are fixed. The gentleman sent was professional, quick and knowledgeable. Thank you Mo for getting this done so quickly.

He not only communicated with me on several occasions off the clock or on weekends to help solve any concerns with the rental property we were in. The company did a great job in assisting us move in and then when we were relocating. But I can’t express enough how Mr Oscar treated us so wonderfully. Experiencia negativa: VERY DISAPPOINTED! MANY lessons learned! BE CAUTIOUS!!! We were willing not to expose our experiences here because you asked us to reconsider but in your response to our review, we will expand. The so called "demands / conditions" that we are being accused of is about us wanting itemized invoices. ALL invoices that were given to us were very generic and we would have no idea what we actually paid for. Is asking for an itemized invoice to much of a demand to ask of your PM? There was absolutely nothing unethical about what we expected out of our PM. We put our trust in Jemco property management / realty and their fiduciary obligations and unprofessionalism to us lacked in more ways than one. WRONG STILL! More false statements but now the public is aware and they deserve to know. Trust us . . . We are happy to be done with you and move on and take your own advice . . . MOVE ON! Oh and honestly is ALWAYS the best policy, try it once . . . You might like it.

Experiencia negativa: Look elsewhere for a property manager and/or realtor! DO YOUR HOMEWORK ON THIS ONE!  Companies need to be held accountable for how they do business.  They need to be professional and do what they are hired to do.  If they cannot give you the service that they say they provide, they should not be promoting the service.

Experiencia fantástica: Oscar has been my PM almost one year, he is the most perfectional PM, he always response message fast and care about his clients (landlords and tenants). He has a lot of passions for his work. One year ago, I bought a house with my previous agent and PM , they were so lazy to do anything. I found Jemco on google map, his review was 4.9, I immediately sent an email to him at late Friday night, and we got his response at the early morning of next day, he helped us list our house on the market within one week. and when our tenants report something wrong need to be fixed, he also sync with us and send his handy man to do the real work immediately. I am really glade and feel very lucky that we found a so professional property manager. This is my first time leave an review with so many words , because I saw there are a lot of one star review recently. I don't believe what they said is Oscar. It is not fair for him a person who worked so hard! Do not let bad money drives out good!!! It is not fair!!!

Experiencia fantástica: I am writing this review to set the record straight. The 4 bad reviews given to JEMCO and Oscar from Herbert Orlandoteam21, Carlos Stuart, RB Solution and Cadu all on the same day are nothing but a malicious attempt to hurt JEMCO and to mislead the public. First of all, these persons are NOT clients or customers, They are a work crew and family members of my current tenant. Oscar and JEMCO manage my property which is being rented by Pedro Henrique Stuart Lima. Mr. Stuart Lima rents homes from owners of properties located in the Champions Gate and Orlando areas that are designated as short term (Vacation Rentals). Mr. Stuart Lima and his crew then rents out the home to vacationing tourists via Airbnb. Since day 1, Mr. Stuart Lima and his team have been nothing but a headache and the experience renting to his company is a nightmare. They do not take care of the home, make unauthorized changes to the property and do not follow the contract they signed. The reason for their frustration is because Oscar and JEMCO have been one step ahead of them and have stopped them from doing whatever they feel like doing without regard to their written agreement. As of today, they are behind on their rent and have a past due balance. Their response is that they will pay when they can. We are in the process of serving them with an eviction notice. As the real owner and client of the property in question, I give Oscar and JEMCO 5 stars for making sure my interests are being protected.

Experiencia negativa: I have tried all day to speak with anyone in the office. I go to voicemail every time. Glad I don't have an emergency repair. I am investor looking for a professional responsive team to handle my rentals in the Orlando area. So far, I am less than impressed.

Experiencia fantástica: I found Jemco Realty and property through google reviews. To be honest, in the beginning, I had doubt and couldn’t believe all the reviews. But with the time, I have become to trust and like Oscar and Monica a lot. The most impressive thing of theirs was responsive. At any time, they always replied right away. Also I think they have the best value and service combination in that area. You don’t have to pay fortune to get good service from Jemco PM. I would definitely recommend Jemco PM to my friends who are not be able to distantly manage their house. I would definitely be back to them ( I sold my house) again in the future once I have other houses. I would definitely advise people who are reading or will read these reviews: all the comments and reviews for Jemco PM are real and truthful and trustworthy.

Experiencia fantástica: Oscar and Monica are the Best and Most professional property management company ever!. They go above and beyond to make our vacation rental home perfect and the way we want it, warm and inviting for every guest. They are very quick in getting back to us or taking care of any problems that arise. They are are always on top of everything from linens to the landscaping! They always answer my texts or calls no matter what time of the day it is. I absolutely love them and the way take care of us and our "Home away from Home!"

Experiencia fantástica: Oscar at JEMCO is amazing to work with. I live in NJ and needed to sell my Townhome in Kissimmee and he met with me with only a few days notice. Oscar took care of repairs and preparing my place to sell and worked very hard to sell my place within less than a month. Oscar helped me to resolve outstanding open permits that were open on my property in error. It was a pleasure working with Oscar, as he makes things happen and addresses any issues as a priority and is a great communicator. I highly recomend working with Oscar for all your property needs. Experiencia negativa: DO NOT use them! The place we rented was moldy (black mold) which was not disclosed. The harassment was unbelievable, and work orders not done properly. Did not communicate clearly on HOA, and had two cars towed at our expense! Find another company! Run, run, run, especially if Monica is involved. Walk-in inspections not done properly and walk-out inspections were ridiculous! 2418 Fan Palm Drive rental is a huge joke! You pay for the smaller units water and electricity, which can run your power bill over $400.00 a month. Water can run into the $200s a month. If you are going to spend roughly $1800 to $2000 a month rent, don't rent here.

Experiencia fantástica: I fired my old management company in April. I have 6 properties in Orlando area. There was no communications on the repairs just taking money out of my bank account. After I left them. I found out that never did inspections to my properties. Two of my properties the home owners moved and left them with many repairs. Jemco came to the rescue, and inspected all my homes when I switched to them. They got good repair people in to paint and tile and carpet my two homes that were damaged. One just was rented yesterday. I will be getting around $300 more a month cash flow. Other home will be finished next week. When I call Oscar he gets back to me within one day or usually the same day. I am very grateful for Jemco. So happy I switched to Jemco. Otherwise all my cashflow would be gone and lots more problems with my homes. I recommend Jemco to everyone. Jemco is a honest company and looks out for home owners.

Experiencia fantástica: I have rented from JEMCO Reality for two years. Their customer service is top notch. What I like most is their professionalism. Also they are very approachable and very nice. We have not had any major issues with our house we are renting. But when we have, they have tended to our needs very quickly. We had a snake get in our AC and blow the capacitor. It was a 100 degree day and our house temperature was rising fast. They had someone here after hours and it was fixed before midnight and we had our AC back. If anyone needs a great realitor, they are the best.

Monica/ Jemco realty has been fantastic. They are always on top of every needed repair and they let us know what is need before any work is done. We are notified when a payment is received and when a depot to our account is made. I couldn’t be more satisfied with their service. I highly recommend them.

Experiencia fantástica: I have been a client of Monica Fonseca for several years, dating back to her previous employment with another property management company. Monica took over management of a property that had been trashed by tenants--the carpets were covered with sticky goop, an unreported water leak in the kitchen resulted in significant wood rot and attracted a termite infestation. It was a disaster. Monica worked extremely hard seeking multiple quotes on various issues, meeting with them for the inspections, in order to find the right people at economical prices to repair the house. Since then, Monica has found good long-term tenants for the property. In 2016, a tropical storm hit Poinciana hard. The roof was badly damaged. Monica promptly inspected the property and arranged for a roofer and insurance company inspector to inspect it. Soon we had a new roof, covered by insurance, on the property. Every time an issue comes up, Monica comes through, no matter how time consuming it is. She truly cares about her client's properties and financial well-being. And though we have not met in person, Monica is one of the nicest persons I have spoken to on the phone.
