He was very knowledgable about the market, pricing, how to best represent the features of our home, and knew so much about the area and our subdivision. Always professional, courteous, and wise in the real estate field, we couldn't have been more thankful for choosing him. Upon an accepted offer (over asking price) and after our inspection, Jack had many connections to professionals in various trades that assisted us in complying with code updates and correcting issues. Without these connections, the work would not have been completed in time and likely the sale cancelled by the buyers. His guidance, connections, and knowledge in the field made our sale happen and I don't believe that any agent could have done a better job. In fact, I don't think the sale would have closed with any other agent. That's how exceptional he is and the experience was for us. We are so grateful for all he did. Experiencia fantástica: My sister and I hired Doug based on the recommendation of our lawyer so this review is done solely based on our wonderful experience with him. We had no prior connection to Doug I have trouble coming up with enough superlatives to describe the tremendous experience we had with Doug handling the sale of our sisters house. To say he went above and beyond is putting it mildly. He was responsive, professional and knowledgeable about the best way to handle our affairs. This sale was done remotely because we do not live in the state of Ohio so Doug helped clean out 50 years of accumulated garbage which took many hours. He had two garage sales to sell any items of value and promptly gave us the proceeds. Our house needed painting so Doug hired a good painter at reasonable expense. We received offers that were well above appraised value and could not have been happier. And to top it off, Doug is a very personable guy. Hard not to like this guy.
