Experiencia negativa: Realtor was nice and very helpful. But, once she got attached in your life she became an evil, wicked woman. Not a very nice human at all. She spoke ill behind everyone's back. Her own friends she worked with, I could see why she was hard to get along with at work. She went as far as crossing the line with mixing business and pleasure, and trying to ruin another families life. She sure did have a mask on getting our home for us. After that, the mask came off and the true colors came out. I pulled all the knives out of my back by December 2021. But, I hear she is no longer at Carpenter, it's probably for the best. What an embarrassment.

Experiencia negativa: Terrible experience, They have not sold my house in 90 days! I have had to most of the pushing and lowering price. my agent is not a sellers agent. I was unaware that the listing was for 120... i will own that. But they refuse to let me seek another agency where I can find a good aggressive agent period. Please beware before signing a contract and check to make sure you are not tying up 4 months with a bad company. Why would they want to hold me to a contract if they are not capable of doing the job! I wanted to zero stars but it wouldn't allow me. Addition to original comment. I signed with a new agent sold my house in 2 days and closed within 3 weeks!

Experiencia fantástica: There is not enough stars on here to give Mark Coffey for all the help he gave us in the selling and buying process of our homes. Mark bent over backwards for us. I can guarantee he will not give up and he WILL get the job done. He had our home sold in less then a day. He went above and beyond any realtor that I have ever heard of to ensure the sale of our home went as smooth as possible. This included coming to our home upon his own accord to put 10 coats of paint on the delapidated barn that the appraiser gave value to just so it would pass inspection. This was his time, his money, and his own equipment. Who does that for someone they have only known for a couple weeks? Mark did. He truly cares about his clients. He will work hard ensure that the buying and selling process of your home is as seamless as possible. Thank you Mark for everything!!!!

Experiencia negativa: Seriously the worse group to work with. The communication is nonexistent, they make empty promises. They don’t know who’s doing what and when. It is so disorganized and they never know who to have you talk to. They tell you one thing and expect something else. They are not clear when communicating (when they do actually communicate). I have never had such a poor experience. This is exactly why people dread selling and buying homes. Patsy specifically has no idea what’s going on. She takes days to get back to you, and asks you for for documents hours before they are due. I seriously discourage anyone thinking about working with this company.
