Hammock Real Estate Group

Experiencia fantástica: Carolyn Vallone is an exceptional Real Estate agent. We met her in December 2024. She has been so incredibly helpful throughout the process of building our new home in the Conservatory. Carolyn helped us find two beautiful lots and introduced us to Ali Karger, President of ICI Homes. Carolyn operates with integrity and advocates for her clients at every level. She has many years of experience and has a vast knowledge base of the market. Carolyn has been "front and center" from the beginning as we navigated the building process. She has gone "above and beyond" any expectations we had. Not only do we have the best realtor, but we have forged a great friendship. This was the best building experience we have ever had due to Carolyn's hard work and a great builder in ICI Homes. We give Carolyn more than a 5-star rating!

Experiencia fantástica: This is the second time we've gone to Russ Novak to help us navigate the real estate market. The process has gotten more complicated with every passing year. This time we used him to list our home and he has been leading our search for our new home purchase as well. He is thorough, polite, professional, and a pleasure to work with in this complicated process. We know we can rely on him for clarity, and ethical actions every step of the way. We highly recommend Russ Novak for anyone looking in this area. He knows Flagler Beach and all the surrounding communities very well because he and his beautiful family have lived here for many years.

Experiencia fantástica: I reached out to Colie Alred at Hammock Real Estate Group per the recommendation of two different friends who purchased their homes through her. Though I ended up buying into a separate community that I had seen previously, Colie could not have been more helpful and understanding, She was very attentive to detail of what we were looking for and she had a calming warmth and alot of information about areas in Florida. I cannot say enough great things about Colie and her professionalism and caring personality.

Experiencia fantástica: I worked with Valeria and she is an absolute Angel! I was having such a hard time finding a rental home in the area for my family and we were under the gun with only a month left to find a home before our lease vacate date was up! I am on maternity leave and have a 5 month old little girl at home and she went above and beyond to make sure my family had a HOME in a good area. She jumped through hoops and made it happen. I had spoken to multiple realtors and real estate companies who would not help with my circumstances but Valeria connected with me after I posted on the palm coast community page on Facebook and she found my family a beautiful home within DAYS! My fear and anxiety were instantly eased and I couldn’t be happier. She even got us into a BRAND NEW duplex! Working with Valeria has been such a joy, you’d be lucky to have her and she will do whatever she can to help you! Thank you again Valeria!

Experiencia fantástica: Victoria Furguson was our agent when we decided to make the move from Boston to Palm Coast. She found homes for us that filled the description of what we wanted within our price range. She got us into everything we wanted to see and the helped us find the house we eventually purchased. She always answered our calls and our questions. She was there for us when we could not be present for the closing and walked us thru every step of the way. Even after the closing she was a great help to us in getting the house taken care of when we could not be there, again answering our calls and going above and beyond to find solutions to our problems. She found us our dream house. She is absolutely the best and we would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone we know.

Experiencia fantástica: Hammock Real Estate Group is a Top company in Palm Coast area. My agent is Carolyn Vallone and she is a 5 star agent . Carolyn really cares about her clients and gives all to assist them. Carolyn helped us buy a home after spending time getting to know each other over a two season search. She assisted us in our search from the Dallas area and when we found a home we loved she went in and did a video and gave us her thoughts. Carolyn was full of energy and excitement. Carolyn has made my wife and I feel very warm and welcomed to the area. When all was over she gave us help with contacts on whatever we needed painters, lawn care etc. The sale is long over and commission checks were cashed and when most agents move on she continues to care and help us. Her broker is Luke O’Reilly and he has a 5 Star agent in Carolyn Vallone.
