Experiencia fantástica: Carol Krigbaum is AMAZING!! Carol was the best agent. She was so knowledgeable about all the properties she showed us. She was never pushy, never tried pushing us towards something we didn’t want and was never too busy to show us a property. She never got annoyed when the property she showed us was not what we wanted and we looked at quite a few properties. She always reassured us that we would find the property we wanted. Then we finally found it, our new home and after she got the contract sent over the fear started. We were so afraid of getting out bid again but she was there to calm our fears. The contract was accepted as she reassured us. But then we ran into some unforeseen issues with the property we were purchasing. Carol was always there to reassure us that she would find a solution and get us this property we desperately wanted. I was constantly calling her and asking questions. I know it must have been trying for her hearing from me multiple times a day. However she was always very gracious and reassured me I was not a bother and that was what she was there for. I never felt like I was dealing with a real estate agent. She always reassured us that we would find the property we wanted. She was more like a friend than an agent. I will recommend her to anyone who is looking for a home.
