Kelly provided additional videos to us before making the decision to see the house in person, attended the inspection and appraisal when we couldn’t be there, met contractors at the house for estimates, passed along questions we had about the house to the Sellers, which we’re answered (our sellers were wonderful to work with!) she went above and beyond! On a side note: There was another house we were interested in looking at however, we quickly changed our mind after speaking with with the rude local agent who made an inappropriate and unethical comment. Real estate use to have such high standards, it’s a shame that there’s some that are allowed to carry a license.

Some of the things that made the difference: Kelly is amazingly responsive. She got back to me right away about *everything.*. There was a competing offer on the house, and she advised me exactly what offer to make within my parameters to get us the best chance of going under contract.
