Experiencia negativa: Kellie was a pleasant person to talk to. She called and introduced herself before we got started on paperwork. There were a few points that need made. The "for sale" sign was placed down our lane instead of on the road. Our lane is private. No traffic. It had snowed, but it never got put back on the road to be seen. Second point, we were brought into sign the final sale papers a week before the buyers even had their finances in order.I feel there could have been better communication between the agent, the title company and then to us. Also she didn't like my review so messaged me to change it. And also contacted my Ex to complain to him about my review. Not very professional.

Experiencia negativa: Experience was mostly that they don't listen, even after repeating myself multiple times. Seemed more interested in closing than truly representing us as the seller, they had us sign "closing" when it wasn't ready to close, waste of money. They almost did it a 2nd time too. We terminated contract, signed with another realtor and sold for more in 1 day, and it closed promptly. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone. I said from the beginning it would require a large down payment or cash deal, didn't listen. They blame everyone except themselves for what goes wrong.

Unfortunately, her clients were in the middle of a divorce, but, the court allowed our property to be listed. Kellie was tenacious and was able to handle the dynamic of both the divorce parties demands, the shifting market, and later, she also represented a new buyer. Kellie negotiated and drafted an offer that allowed the divorce couple to both make money and for us to agree to carry a note with a significant down payment.
