For me, what I wanted most out of a realtor was someone who was not going to be pushy in any way, but still provide their expertise on questions I had. Alex has a lot of knowledge about all things house related and always found an answer for us if we asked something he wasn’t sure about, which I much appreciated. His personality is very relaxed and my fiancé and I actually had fun looking at homes with him despite how stressful the process can be. He was always in communication when needed, whether it be noon on a Wednesday or 9 pm on Saturday. He also had really great input on how to make offers more appealing in a very competitive market, which ultimately played a big factor in the offer we had accepted since we were technically outbid.
