When I first contacted him he immediately began to help me even though I was in another state and had never been to this area before. He arranged to meet me at a convenient time for me on short notice to view the home I was first interested in. He answered all my questions as best he could. What he couldn’t he’d get back to me. He asked questions to get a better feel of what I was looking for. He seemed to sense after a few conversations what I was looking for. He offered a few different ideas with no pressure if I didn’t agree. He was comfortable to be with. That helped me feel more relaxed. This made the home buying process less stressful. I appreciated that he didn’t waste my time. He was on time for our meetings. He didn’t try to show me anything I wasn’t interested in. I liked that he made it so I always knew what to expect. He anticipated my needs and questions. He didn’t let me get down when it was taking so long to find the right place for me. He continued to send me listings he thought I might be interested in. Then he sent me this one. Checked all my boxes. He’d been there recently, so he was able to tell it might be a good fit. I came up again and he took me to see it, and I fell in love. He then begin the process of helping me know what to do to acquire this property. He negotiated with the seller. He set up and went to closing for me. He got the keys and met me when I was able to come up here again. It was late at night, I was cranky and he did not complain one time. Always pleasant. He was helpful getting us inside and giving us what we needed to know right then. He’d fill us in on the rest later. And he did. Joseph continues to be a resource for me. Everyone he has recommended has been very nice, reasonably priced and the work has been great. I know that any future real estate deals in this area I will be using Joseph Dixon.
