Experiencia fantástica: This is going to be a longer review because the entire process really cannot be summed up in a few quick sentences if I want to give Frank the credit he deserves. But if you are just skimming this, just know Frank is the best, his team is the best, his guidance is the best, and he is genuinely an awesome person to work with. Now for the honest part. I was probably the most difficult client he could have had. Completely undecided. No clear vision on layout or home style. My budget was somewhere between buying the cheapest thing I could find just to ride out the market spike, or stretching for exactly what I wanted with zero compromise and trying to convince myself I could afford it. I was sending Frank every random listing I thought I might like. And while he was always willing to show them, he was also honest about whether they would truly meet my standards, or my wife’s standards, which mattered even more. Throughout the entire process Frank was patient, calm, and incredibly informative, especially for us as first time home buyers. I work in sales myself, so I thought I had read everything and understood the process. Frank showed me that understanding it on paper and actually navigating it are two very different things. He helped me understand what was realistic, what was possible, and what would make sense long term. Experiencia fantástica: Recently, I wanted to start looking into buying my first home. I knew virtually nothing about the details of the process or where I should even start. I’ve known Frank for years and always knew that when it was time to start looking at buying a house, he would be my first call.. so that’s where I started. He broke everything down for me step by step and in laments terms so I could easily understand everything I had to do. Experiencia fantástica: Before choosing a real estate agent, My husband and I conducted a lot of research to see who would be the best choice based on the investment they make into selling the property (time and effort, not necessarily financially) and how they promote their listings. Frank Muccari stood out as the best the Hudson Valley has to offer: the social media presence was strong, and I could tell he put a lot of work into his listings. Frank spent hours answering our questions, providing objective data regarding how many homes he sells, how long his listings typically stay on the market, and providing tons of info on comps in the area. We were concerned because Frank made the process incredibly easy and took extra steps many other Realtors don't (but should), like having professional photographs taken.
