Experiencia fantástica: When it came time to sell my house, I reached out to Colby who I'd come to know through other avenues, but never had the opportunity to work with in his professional capacity as a real-estate agent. We set up a date and time for him to look at my house and an hour and a half later after I'd told him about the past 27 years in that house, he said, "let me take a look around". Oh boy did he. He saw everything I'd spoke of (thinking I had covered everything) he then started asking questions, things I'd never thought of but a true professional such as himself would. Needless to say I was impressed and I knew at that point he surely was the man for the job. Short story long, I can't be thankful enough for how smoothly things went, start to finish and in a truly professional manner working with everyone involved from the title company, to the home inspector, to the accessor and even the buyers directly at times because their agent was from out of our local area.
