I still can’t believe, starting from the day we first met Waqar to the day we closed on the house, it took less than a month, that too during peak US holiday time. Waqar was always there throughout this period for us whenever we had questions or needed support — during any stage, at any given time. Part of why we were able to move quickly was because he leveraged his vast network and had support lined up at every stage from inspection to lawyers to contractors to even the lender support, making things flow very smooth for us as first time homeowners. Waqar Bhai used his negotiating tactics to secure us an accepted offer at a lower-than-expected price. He even helped us negotiate substantial seller credits for repairs. Again, he went above and beyond. Upon our request, he was aggressive in his search and would show us like 15+ houses over the weekend only (even on Thanksgiving weekend).
