We agree with one thing you said: anyone interested in a property should absolutely call and confirm availability. Rental homes can be leased quickly, which is exactly why our team spends so much time answering calls, returning messages, scheduling showings, and helping applicants find available options.

What is confusing about this review is that no application was submitted, no income documentation was provided, no property was viewed through our company, and no deposit was accepted. Despite that, our leasing team still attempted to contact you and offered multiple available properties that matched the information we had at the time.

As for properties being "spoken for," when multiple applicants are actively pursuing the same home, we are not able to guarantee availability to someone who has not yet completed the application process. We realize that can be disappointing, but it would be far less fair to hold homes indefinitely for people who have not applied while other qualified applicants are ready to move forward.

We understand that relocating can be stressful, and we genuinely wish you the best. We are simply grateful that our leasing decisions are based on completed applications and documented qualifications rather than who wants a property the most.

Our goal is to make the showing process as efficient and fair as possible for everyone. While we occasionally schedule individual appointments when our schedule allows, the majority of our showings are conducted during scheduled open showing times. When appointments need to be rescheduled, availability is based on our leasing schedule, staffing, and the property's showing calendar.

Regarding this particular property, we have records of communicating with you regarding the showing process. We also respond to inquiries submitted through our advertising platforms, although response times can occasionally vary depending on call volume and the number of active listings.

As for the statement that the property has been listed for over three months, that information is not accurate. Like many rental listings, online platforms do not always reflect current marketing dates or listing history correctly.

Hi Tracey, after investigating this further and receiving an email from you I became more clear of this situation. I was under the impression you were coming from out of state and had some repairs to do at the property and would call me around Christmas when you wanted me meet you at the property. I even told you that I would be happy to meet you the day after Christmas but I never heard back from you and so did not meet you at the property. If you felt that we had a scheduled appointment there was some type of miscommunication as I have never missed an appointment with an investor and never heard back from you around Christmas to confirm a day or time. Regardless you said that you are happy with the management team you found so I would respectfully ask you to remove this review.
