It could have been the market, or her, or maybe there was a very slight chance it was that I didn’t make the repairs she suggested fast enough. I guess we will never know. Experiencia negativa: Our experience with Johnny Melloan was not a good one. He didn't ensure that the list we left for the sellers was complete (nothing ended up being done on it). Melloan over-priced the house and didn't make the appropriate changes when we received the survey and appraisal. He promised to have one issue fixed, but wasn't going to honor that until I sent him paperwork of his promise. I wanted to look in a different community before making an offer, he manipulated the situation so we bought in the community he geared us toward. It was not a positive experience.

While we were just trying to process his death, we had no desire to begin navigating the legal aspects of the situation. But Cassie made it easy for us.
