Experiencia negativa: I’m very disappointed in the level of professionalism we experienced with Adobe Realty. We submitted an offer on a home and never heard anything back within the expected timeframe. Our realtor had to follow up, only to be told that our offer “wasn’t enticing enough,” with no counteroffer or meaningful response provided. To make matters worse, we later learned the home was sold to a friend of the seller. That raises serious concerns about fairness and transparency in the process. If our offer was never truly going to be considered, the least they could have done was respond in a timely and professional manner instead of leaving us in the dark and then offering a dismissive explanation. Overall, the experience felt unprofessional and discourteous. Basic communication and respect for buyers should not be too much to expect. In response to your answer: Thank you for your response, but it still feels like the main concern is being dismissed rather than addressed. We fully understand that sellers can choose whichever offer they prefer in a multiple-offer situation. Our disappointment is not simply that our offer wasn’t accepted.

I live in Canada and the estate is in Fredonia. We had to do all communications via text, email or phone. I began a rental with them in a home for sale that they said they were sure would not sell quickly and sold it only 2 weeks after I moved in. They have let people in to look at the house without any kind of written notice. They do not answer most of my calls or messages. I would seriously consider any other real estate in town than this place
