Experiencia fantástica: Our experience with Dunn Property Management is truly amazing. We needed an apartment for a relative who moved to be closer to us for health reasons. I contacted Dunn Property Management, told them we were a couple of months out, and they immediately said they had a new building being built and that would be perfect for them and us. We put our name down and reserved a unit. When the Apartment was ready, they called us and said it's ready for you. We moved our relative in, and he loved it. Unfortunately, our relative did pass away 6 months later, and they were so amazing to work with, let us out of the lease, told us to take our time, and we were out pretty quickly. It was a great experience for sure. We highly recommend Dunn Property Management for your rental needs.

Experiencia negativa: UPDATE: just 1 week after my original review, Cory Dunn showed up at my house. He sat in his truck right next to my shed for an unknown amount of time. I had no idea who he was so I took photos. He claimed he was "waiting on a buddy" (who never showed up). Finally he admitted he was at my house because I left him a bad review and claimed that because of my review, he would retaliate by putting 400 pigs right next to my property line to "stink up" the place. I've been a reviewer for over 6 years and have left hundreds of reviews. This has NEVER happened to me. Even more reason to stay away from this company. This place has no concern for the community and is a stain on Eldon. They assist greedy investors and out-of-towners in taking advantage of and seizing beautifully wooded lots only to transform them into unsightly monstrosities. They wipe out entire forests of perfectly healthy trees, all in the pursuit of the almighty dollar. Anyone who cares about nature conservation, forest preservation, light pollution, their property values, their safety, and their standard of living should be concerned over this organization's projects. They have absolutely no concern for the neighbors who have already lived there for decades nor how it will impact their quality of life nor how it will negatively affect their property values. Their only care is money. It is sad to say but my young family will likely have to move to another location in Eldon / Miller County in the coming years because of the destruction and disruption to our life that this place has already caused literally in our backyard.

For 20 incredible years, I poured my heart and soul into restoring this 1910 gem, which holds a special place in Eldon's history. My children grew up within its walls, fostering an unbreakable emotional bond that made it difficult for me to let go. How does one bid farewell to the family home after two decades of memories? As my health began to decline and work commitments in Jefferson City intensified, I found myself running out of time and resources. To make matters worse, I was faced with the challenge of dealing with tenants who were taking advantage of me and causing damage to my cherished home. Fortunately, with the support of my loved ones, I was introduced to Ashlie, Amy, and Cory Dunn, and Dunn Properties came to my rescue like guardian angels. Not only did they assist me in evicting the tenants, but they also offered to purchase the home, ensuring its preservation and restoration to its former glory. I am now free from the burden of worry and stress, knowing that my beloved home will be saved and revitalized. My children, who still reside in Eldon, will no longer have to drive by our childhood home with sadness, witnessing its decline. A heartfelt thank you to Dunn Property Management for their unwavering support and dedication to preserving this piece of history. I am excited to witness the final results!

Experiencia negativa: My family of five were led on,multiple times, as if we were to move into a place and kept getting excuses at the last minute on why we couldn't set anything in stone. Today I spoke with a lady named Ashley, she claimed my history, after ten years, was the reason why my kids of four and myself will not qualify. I was left in confusion and upset after being led on over a month in belief of thinking we would have help in having a place. I'm very upset with how this place took our application money and led us on as if we had a chance in a home. I do not recommend this DPM at All If ur family is in need, do Not waist money or time in this business. They Will also lie on their response, if u do a review online, they r the ones that cancel showings over and over. And try to blame u.

There is a great team here and they do everything by the book from an insider perspective. The property managers are super responsive and the maintenance staff is super professional! Very happy with Dunn!

I was able to obtain a brand new apartment last year with the help of Connie, who is a great manager for the complex and so easy to work with! Maintenance help is fantastic and the guys care about what they do! They are quick, very patient, and always willing to go above and beyond with what is requested. Lawn care, snow and ice removal are taken care of quickly and efficiently. I love my apartment and I would highly recommend it to anyone over the age of 55 looking for a residence in Eldon, Missouri!!

On a larger level, Eldon has been a manufacturing town forever having Adient as a major employer of the majority of the population. Then Quaker came in and the need for housing became dire as the population drastically increased for this little town. DPM created and is still creating many homes and apartments with beautiful setups, perfectly providing what this community needed. On a personal note, I was in dire need of a new place to call home this time last year. I feared another winter in the place I was at. I worried for my 3 boys and knew they deserved a better life than I was able to provide for them. I'm a single mom and make too much for government assistance so I genuinely felt stuck. So for me DPM was a huge blessing. We love our new home and are so thankful for the people who worked hard to make sure we could get settled in before the weather became cold. I very highly recommend them!

Experiencia negativa: The shower ceilling is only fixed year later do too, the apartment being sold never fixed, the hot water knob ,tub backed up the guy just cut the metal piece out too unclog drain. only thing they maintained was mowing the grass. no snow removal and even when fixed stared to fall apart again
