I am happy to say all my skepticism is gone. While true that these are midlevel "cookie cutter" homes, the designs are excellent and well thought out. The construction of my home is excellent, and there is nothing in the Charlotte area that has the quality and features for the price. The staff was always great.

Experiencia negativa: Signature home group has been canvassing my neighborhood’s mailboxes with printed post cards inside tacky bright orange bags for months. Guess what lightweight plastic bags love to do when it’s windy? Now we have bright orange bags polluting our beautiful woods and yards. Not only is this practice an unsustainable waste of single use plastics that supports the plastic pollution of our globe, it is also an active polluter of our local community.
