Deciding on a home, reducing my belongings etc. Becci and Jessy were helpful beyond my expectations. They showed me how to best present my home and helped me determine a fair price that was in line with the market. When problems came up in any area, they were there to help me to find resources or to answer my qestions. Sometimes they were just there with an ear and reassurance. Moving is really stressful. Experiencia fantástica: Jericca was amazing! I could not have asked for anything to go smoother. This was my first house, so it has certainly set a very high bar. The seller was a bit difficult, but Jericca went to bat for me on everything. She even went above and beyond when it came to the seller not cleaning after he'd left. It was awesome that she was 2 steps ahead on everything. I would think of a question, and then literally the next day she would text with the next steps. There were some minor repairs that needed to be done, and she and her husband took fantastic care of me. I will 100% be using these guys when I go to buy my next house. Could not be any happier!

Experiencia negativa: Jerrica lied about the condition of the house and falsely represented the work that was done to remodel the house. She tried to get me to pay into a "construction escrow", despite me having a contract with the seller stating he was responsible to complete repairs. Becky doubled down on the same agenda. Nothing but poor communication and lies for months. The remodel job was a blatant scam as the house didn't last 2 full months before the shady craftsmanship started to show. Think twice before you buy a house from NextHome that's listed as a "full remodel".
