We had two offers on our home, they were for the same amount, and we chose to take the first offer, and were not coerced by Bailey to do so based on loan type or any other factor. That was our choice. For reasons beyond our first buyers control, they had to back out of the contract the next week, and Bailey immediately called the buyers with the VA loan, who were the second offer and we proceeded with that contract. I am a veteran, my daughter is a veteran, my son in-law, my brother, my aunt, my uncle—get the picture I’m painting here? I want to make clear I’m not, nor have I ever been, anti veteran. I would, if anything, be more naturally inclined to want to work with veterans to purchase my property. It is a fact there there are less appraisers to appraise for VA loans in the MOV, which has the potential to mean a longer lead time to the appraisal being completed. My need was to sell the home quickly, I was under contract on another home with a kick out clause and I need my home to close for financing. Having bought and sold several properties, I fully understand the various factors that can lead to a faster or slower closing. My decision was based on my needs, not the needs or guidance of my realtor. I made my decisions based on the facts and my needs, not through realtor influence and opinion. It’s very strange what has been blamed on Bailey as if she was the one making all my decisions. And 30 days to close is fairly standard, and in no way “extremely aggressive,” and any decisions on the contract were MINE, not my realtors. Regarding the walk through. It was prearranged to occur the morning of October 14, closing day. We got a call on the 13th from Bailey stating the buyers agent is asking if they could do the walk through that very morning, very last minute notice. We were in Morgantown for an appointment, and due to our 118 pound DOBERMAN being at home alone, I said no, I want to stick with the original day/time we agreed to. We had large yard with a 6 ft privacy fence and a dog door into the house—so to say we “left our dog behind” insinuates a situation of pet abandonment that does not exist. I simply did not want anyone coming to the house without me or my spouse being home with the dog or taking the dog. While she is friendly, she is still a Doberman and I don’t want issues and then I’m having to put down my dog. Despite sharing these concerns, the buyers insisted, apparently threatening to walk away from the sale if they didn’t get the time they wanted. I gave in and stated that if they were absolutely set on this,I suggested to Bailey if they brought her (the dog) her favorite treat (cow bone) from the 19th street deli she would probably go in a corner and ignore everyone and chew on her bone. And I called my son and disrupted his morning asking him to please go over and make sure everything with the dog was cool—all this I’m doing while at an appointment, an anxiety inducing disruption to my day. Any resistance to the walk through on the 13th was on OUR part, had nothing to do with Bailey, she went above and beyond to make sure that the walk through happened. The dog bone was MY idea, not Baileys. Facts matter and reviews affect reputation and I think knowing facts before reviewing is probably most appropriate. It makes me sad—the assumptions and blaming that has occurred.

Firstly, She does help clean your home(crazy but true, above and beyond) to set up your home for photos! Of course you want to hide anything not appealing or reflects the owners personality, I was chucking my air purifier into my pantry as she was scrubbing my windows. She works her tail off. Second, of course she gives recommendations. Because she is SMART and good at this, and it’s part of her job, or you’d just do it alone. Now my opinions: Every single thing she said we needed to be on the look out for? True. Loan qualifications for certain homes(FHA, Conventional, VA, USDA) Accurate. Time lines? On point. Energy drinks and sweets? She supplied. Activities for my kids randomly? Given. Informative? Always. Quick as can be? 100% of the time If myself or anyone I know is buying or selling, she will be the first I call, she said it best, she is your “home girl”

Experiencia negativa: Our experience with Bailey Tisdale as the seller’s agent was deeply disappointing and far below the standard of professionalism one should expect in real estate. From the outset, she refused to consider our VA loan, citing “problems” she’s personally had with VA appraisals — even though those standards are virtually identical to conventional loans. Ironically, our appraisal came in above the listing price, without a single issue. She also made several inappropriate and condescending remarks about our finances and family size, questioning whether we could “afford” the home. Those comments were presumptive, unprofessional, and, frankly, concerning from a fair housing standpoint. Throughout the process, she was consistently difficult and dismissive. Reasonable requests were brushed off. She wouldn’t allow a simple buyer letter, and even tried to block our final walkthrough because the sellers had left their dog behind — suggesting we “go buy him a bone” rather than addressing the situation appropriately. It took us threatening to walk away before any solution was offered. Despite insisting on an aggressive 30-day close, she was the one who delayed the process once everyone else had met their deadlines. While she maintains a friendly, faith-based public image, our experience revealed someone far more interested in control and commission than in conducting business with honesty or respect. Based on this experience, we would not recommend her to anyone seeking a smooth or professional transaction. Editing to respond: As stated previously, she was absolutely not our realtor - she was the seller’s realtor so I can only speak from that perspective. She stated that she urged the sellers to NOT consider a VA loan based on her experiences with VA loans. Also, very weird to be concerned with a buyers letter for fair housing but not overt statements regarding the affordability of the mortgage which is definitely a violation of fair housing. I can assure you that I would never leave a bad review if it was unfounded. I am simply glad to have this experience behind us.

I called up Bailey and told her our timeline which was a small timeline of like 6 weeks sell the house, after all professional pictures were taken and the house was posted we were under contract in 3 days! Between being under contract and the closing date Bailey kept in constant contact with us, made us feel like we were her only people and dedicated her time to us whether it was late in the evening or early in the morning Bailey would answer us. Not only would she do that but she went out of her way and got us gifts and made sure we were taken care of. Bailey has set an impossible standard for the next person who will be our realtor and I know they will not even come close to her. I would recommend Bailey to anyone and everyone that is either buying or selling a house. I wish google had more than just 5 stars because she deserves more than that.

Experiencia negativa: Bailey is a sweet young lady. However, we did not have a very good experience with her trying to sell our home. She “listed” it & did not do a thing after the listing on March 6, 2025. We have not sold a home in 45 years & had no experience with selling. We purchased a home in NC & had a pleasant experience “buying”. After listing she immediately had our home cleaned & put all of our rugs either in the basement (where they mildewed because she didn’t put them back where she found them) or hid them so I could not find them upon returning to our home. She put things in drawers & cupboards & made OUR home the way she wanted it. There was one open house in March. Not much happened & she sure didn’t do anything to SHOW it! I realize this is a hard market. We got a contract with a contingency of selling 3 properties in a different state so “pending” went on our listing. It sat there for almost 2 months then we returned to Parkersburg & “pending” suddenly changed to “contingency”! Also, we were told 2 investment properties were Doctors Offices by Bailey then suddenly she told us she had misunderstood. They were RV lots! BIG difference! Again, Bailey is cute & sweet as she can be. However, she had way too many things to do…not sell our home! I do not recommend her as an agent at all! Our experience was not good!
