The house was SO nice, spacious, and comfortable, and it truly had everything we could have needed, from pots and pans and card games to water activities and everything in between. One of my fav touches that I rarely see is was every light and all of the kitchen cabinets were labeled. This was a big family trip for us, lots of kids and adults— there was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable, and we never felt like we were missing a thing. It made spending time together so easy and enjoyable, and we made so many memories that we’ll be talking about for a long time. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to bring our whole family. We would absolutely stay here again!

Experiencia fantástica: The Tranquil Cove home on Lake Norman, managed by Wishlist, was perfect for my group of 12 adults! It was very clean, beds were comfortable, and the views were even more beautiful than pictured. We enjoyed the game room, fire pit, dinners in the screened porch, and fun times on the kayaks, canoe, and paddle boards. The setting is lovely with pristine landscaping and birds and deer spotted about. Check-in was easy, and the management company is readily available if needed. I would highly recommend choosing this location for a relaxing vacation!

Highlights include kayaking on Lake Norman in the kayaks provided, relaxing in the hot tub after a day on the lake, and fishing right off the dock. The views out of the windows was so peaceful with a hint of the lake, as well as the quietness of the night. Check-in was easy, secure and seamless. Communication was proactive. The small touches like a small library, Bluetooth speaker, and fully stocked coffee bar were great. It was clean, decorated beautiful and had everything we needed. The view from the large windows was amazing. We are always worried about the bed when we rent and it was super comfortable. Experiencia negativa: Wishlist propertied brought my rental from our former landlord. We had stayed at this residence a few days shy of ten years and everything seemed ok in the beginning. Shortly after buying, they attempted to raise the monthly rent. My husband and I agreed to the adjustment because we were appreciative to where we stayed. Days later our former landlord called to check on us, in which we made him aware of the adjustment to the monthly rent. He then made us aware that they were not allowed by law to raise the rent within the first year. Once Wishlist was notified they agreed to go back to the original price. That was between August/Oct of 2023. Our rent was NEVER late in the entire 10yrs we lived there and never had any complaints made toward landlords or from us anything that needed to be repaired, fixed or replaced came from my husband. Three days after Christmas we got a call stating we needed to be out by the 30th of January. Although they dated the lease termination for 2023 and the upcoming year was 2024 they honored the mistake and we received a new date of mid February. I will also say upon moving out the company furnished the property with all new appliances in the kitchen while we stayed there there were no updates planned or mentioned. While everything was done legally, and no previous issues were found between Wishlist and my family the way the company went about things I do not agree with.

Shaun walked me through the entire process and I felt very secure trusting them with our home. There were some issues that arose but Shaun was able to quickly get everything resolved. I really appreciate the fact that he was quickly accessible by phone during the emergency. I am currently looking at getting an additional property and they will be getting my business when it comes to to manage the property.
