Experiencia fantástica: I recommend everything about working with Joe and his team. We put our house on the market just before Covid-19 hit, so needless to say, things didn't go like we planned! Throughout the entire process Joe was a constant source of positivity and professionalism. Once the market started up again, houses started selling like crazy (including our own) and the reality of having to find something quick was a bit unsettling! At times we considered giving up some of our "dream" features, but Joe reassured us that OUR house was out there and he was going to find it for us.
