Experiencia fantástica: Jennifer was very quick to help, on top of things at every venture in the selling process but most of all communicated well so there were no surprises which I hate. My oldest sister passed away so I had to sell the house fast but didn't want make it a fire sale. I interviewed three agents, Jennifer included. Jennifer was the only one to offer up help on how probate works in Chicago and gave us a local Lawyer to talk to. My idea was to try and fix the house up a bit and then get it on the Market. So while we were cleaning up the estate I had three agents come by. Jennifer was very straight forward and wasn't trying to sell me something. The other two agents either gave me information that I knew was just not true like we can paint and re-carpet for 10,000 with smoke damage and wall paper or just agreed with everything I said. Jennifer told me straight up. Sell it as is. She showed me the market in the area and what she thought we could get for the house. I was skepticle but the house was selling with 5 acres. It just so happened that while I was cleaning the house the soon to be buyer came by the house. I was straight up with Jennifer and negotiated the removal of the buyer fee from our contract which she agreed with. That allowed me to reduce the price on the house and pass the savings onto the buyer. Jennifer was also there through the inspection of the house, in which when she left she went in a sink hole. She knew how stressed out that would make me so decided against telling me which I appreciated. I let her know early on not to e-mail me anything that might increase my anxiety. Jennifer was also around for the Septic and Water inspection. She set us up with a realestate Laywer that helped us get the sale pushed through. I'm really hard on real-estate agents but in Jennifers case that money was so well spent just for the peace of mind she gave me. Also very down to earth. My kind of people. Thank you Jennifer.

As first time home buyers we were very nervous about the process, but Jennifer and her whole team had the patience and experience to make it a breeze at every step. She was readily available for even the most trivial questions - I don’t think I ever waited more than 20 minutes for her to get back to me. During tours she pointed out issues we never would have considered, educated us on market strategy, and made sure we saw a range of layout and location options that fit our needs and budget. It was clear she was never just trying to make a sale - but to make sure we had a home we loved and an investment we could be confident in. We also really appreciated having her husband Joe act as our attorney - aside from the two of them making the whole process efficient and well communicated he also took the time to explain every document we signed and answer all of our questions. Her recommended lender and inspector were also fantastic to work with! We are in love with our home (and our dog is enjoying his first real yard ☺️). So glad we worked with Jennifer and highly recommend her entire team for any first time buyers!
