He went to several properties of interest and did video tours with us enabling us to rule out some homes that we had previously considered. Experiencia fantástica: I was looking for property in the Aiken area to build my forever home and had been researching many factors for a while. I found a potential property and looked for an agent. I was referred to Jayson and discussed the potential property and my thoughts on an offer with him. Jayson took the time to really listen and offered great feedback. That first property didn’t work out, which ended up being a blessing because something much better came along. I found another parcel that was being subdivided and went to look at the property with Jayson. He pointed out an area of the parcel that I had overlooked. This ended up being a much better option than my original plan. We discussed the plan and Jayson negotiated a good price for me. I was extremely happy with the purchase and ended up buying a second property in the Aiken area with Jayson as my agent. These were homes just outside Aiken that had been in our family for generations. My brother and I live in NC and decided it was time to let them go. First, he suggested people in the area to help with work that needed be done. This was a great help since we don’t live there. While we had work done, he made multiple visits to the houses and became very familiar with them. He, also, made suggestions for improvements, that were not costly, but made the houses more appealing. Then, when it came time to list, he had both professionally photographed. The pictures were gorgeous! These were both simple homes, but the pictures showed off their charms. His listings were well written and expressive. The listings were so well done on these two houses, that have meant so much to my family, that I actually found them to be touching. I am very grateful that the pictures and words represented these homes so well. Jayson stayed in touch with us once they were listed. We had multiple offers and he went in detail over each and gave his considerable insights and negotiation skill. They both sold in timely fashion each for a price that we felt right.
