Experiencia negativa: Our HOA terminated Streamline Property & Association Management due to serious and ongoing governance failure. Communication with the Board was fragmented and selectively shared, which created confusion among board members and undermined unified oversight of HOA affairs. Despite repeated written requests, Streamline failed to provide timely access to HOA bank accounts, full banking details, or complete financial records. Required financial reports were missing, incomplete, or withheld, preventing the Board from exercising its fiduciary responsibilities. This pattern of selective communication, delayed disclosure, and lack of transparency eroded trust and made responsible financial management impossible. Base on our experience, we would strongly caution any HOA against engaging this firm.

Experiencia negativa: My wife and I were told, and damn near promised, we would have a lease to sign once we got all our documents to Erin for her to give to owner to review. THE VERY NEXT DAY we had to call her multiple times to find out what was going on, all for her to tell us the owner went with another applicant. We paid $150 in application fees and time gathering documents that she requested because we “[were] the preferred applicant over the other one”. Oh and she has no problem giving out information about other people’s personal situation when it comes down to applications. I’m requesting my application money back.

Experiencia negativa: Erin has been, in my experience with her, horribly unprofessional as a property/subdivision manager! I’ve had to contact her numerous times about information that is her job to provide, She’s been unresponsive for weeks and when I’m finally able to reach her she’s extremely rude in resolving issues that her negligence has caused. Oh and she likes to hang up on residents rather than communicate as you would expect a “manager” to do. Do yourself a favor and avoid her at all costs!

Experiencia negativa: Erin is not very professional from a tenant's stance. She has not been very responsive, diligent nor expeditious in handling the issues and concerns of the property and tenant. I get that a property manager's main concern is to their clients in minimizing their costs, but tenants are living in properties that she is managing and it is only right to correct the issues promptly at her clients' property. She should also keep the communication lines open with tenants, keeping them abreast of what's happening and stop saying how busy she is. We are working people also and are not afforded the ability to take off every time a handyman comes to fix something. These things should have been handled before we moved in. It is neglectful when she pushes those concerns to the bottom of her list. Husband and I are living in a property where cockroaches are constantly present, creating stress and discomfort, despite ongoing, costly extermination services which should be her responsibility. Day one upon move in, cockroaches were already living there as if we are in their space. In the outdoor closet, on the walls, in the bathrooms, crawling up the drain, crawling outside the door, in the grass, on the ceiling and inside my expensive Christmas tree whish I was completely devastated over. No sorry, no how can I help you with this? We continued on with the lease based off of what she said, that the pest problem had been treated. Still waiting on her response from my email about the HOA's stance from February 2024. Appliances are breaking down, the prior issues are barely resolved. We pay our rent on time every single month and we are great tenants. Never experienced anything like this before. Wish we never sold our house.

But trust if you're behind on your HOA fees or if they're looking to collect from petty violations....anything involving MONEY you will receive feedback. I would not recommend using this agency to even manage a MCDONALD'S let alone a subdivision/property

Experiencia negativa: Erin Poyner is one of the worst people I've ever came across in my 40 years of life. I've yet to meet her but She not only illegally evicted my family and I but lied about the entire situation. She told my family and I that she would make the necessary repairs to the house we were renting from her but told us we needed to move out in order to do so. I questioned this because it made no sense. She then moved someone else in less than a month later, stole our security deposit and wouldn't respond to our emails, texts or calls. I'm currently suing her for illegal eviction, Pain and Suffering and the $ I've spent living in Air BNB's and Hotels until I find a place. Red flag Warning ⚠️
