Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I just left the closing of the sale of a home that belonged to my precious aunt. She passed away several years ago, but I could not bring myself to sell it until now. The process of buying the home carries so many memories. I was lucky enough to work with Katherine Lipscomb Kachadurian. My aunt moved to Auburn more than ten years ago just as she was entering her 90's. Katherine had spent more than six years...yes SIX YEARS...helping her find it. We would look for weeks and then stop. Then months later, we would start over. We searched every neighborhood in town. We considered new homes, old homes, and *everything* in between. Our search continued on and on with no progress. I always feared Katherine would grow weary of helping us, but she never did. She was so incredibly patient ...always her same sweet, polite, and caring self....never once showing anything but kindness towards my aunt. I cannot imagine anyone else having the patience to spend literally hundreds of hours over that many years trying to find just the right home. Finally, my aunt decided to build and Katherine found a builder. When it became time to sell, we, of course, immediately turned to her for help. Fortunately, she was there. Over the past weeks as I have had to realize that it is time to let go, Katherine has helped me deal with the sadness and the emotion of bringing the house full circle. Again, but with me this time, she has been the epitome of patience and kindness...never rushing me to make decisions, hugging me through my tears of sadness and loss. Experiencia fantástica: First, let me say that when I’m in the market for a house, I have to look at everything that is available, so my realtor must have patience, stamina, and good will. But I also require knowledge of the market and area, and a desire to find the best fit for me, so someone who listens and thinks. Well Katherine Kachadurian was that person for me. She showed me houses that I’d to checked out on the internet, others that she felt would be a good fit, and would get in touch quickly when something new popped up. We finally purchased our house in Auburn, moved to a lovely neighborhood and are grateful that we had Katherine on our team. She worked tirelessly to find what we needed. She was an excellent realtor who became a wonderful friend.

Experiencia negativa: We were potential buyers for 177 Village Circle on Lake Martin, in the gated community of The Village. Our realtor had been back and forth with Katherine Lipscomb Kachadurian in regards to 177 Village Circle. We were the first buyers to offer full price offer within hours of it going on the market. Then, we were willing to pay the closing cost that the seller asked us to pay only to find out our offer still wasn’t accepted. We then offered $305k with us still paying closing cost and our offer was still declined. We accepted defeat but then found out the offer they accepted fell through and we again offered the $305k with closing costs. We were told that they would accept our offer with the contingency that we would still pay this even if the home did not appraise for this price. We were given an hour to respond. We literally called back within 5 minutes to accept that contingency and move forward with the purchase only to find out that a cash offer had already been accepted. We were never given a counter offer other than paying the closing costs, which we agreed to and no back up offers were accepted. We just wanted to let you know that your business skills are extremely unprofessional and unethical. We are leaving this review in hopes that someone else will not have to go through this roller coaster of events. DO NOT USE THIS REALTOR!!

Experiencia negativa: The builder hired this company. Tge names are Pat and John, a husband /wife team here in North Carolina. They played dirty by accepting an offer then at the last minute when they knew we sold our house and had nowhere to live said they couldn't sell it at the price agreed. They wanted more. There is SO much more problems to mention but I can't go into it now. Trust your gut !!!!! I wanted to walk but others basically broke my arm to stay in this Nightmare
