Experiencia fantástica: Just want to share my experience with PMI Bluebonnet Realty. We were getting ready to close and the title company Did not do their due diligence. I first spoke with Tara and she immediately put me in contact with Frankie and Chris. They were both exceptional. Instead of waiting 10 days like my title company said they turned it over in less than 24 hours. Axela technologies had a great part also in making this happen. This was a sticky situation since both my parents had passed away without a will. Thank you thank you!

Experiencia negativa: Can I leave 0 stars? Communication and professionalism is disappointing. We closed on our home with optimism of a great community filled with new memories. Our first experience came just 5 days after closing when we received a notice of violation..... before even a welcome packet. I expressed discontent only to be personally attacked by Tara calling me rude, disrespectful and sarcastic. She refused to provide contact information to her leadership and once I finally got ahold of the owner, Steven, by guessing his email. He stated that it was my fault for oversight and told me that I received information that I had in fact not received. It only makes since that he does not take the complaints seriously about Tara as they are husband and wife. -Very Disappointed New Homeowner
For clarification, you received a Courtesy Notice, not a Notice of Violation. Courtesy notices are sent as a reminder to owners before any formal enforcement action is taken. We also explained that, at the time the notice was issued, we were unaware that you had moved into the property only one week earlier.
Our response addressed the tone of your email to our employee. We stated that we expect all communications with our employees to remain courteous and respectful. At no point were you called rude, disrespectful, or sarcastic.
The underlying concerns remain that a large pile of paper, boxes, and other refuse has been left in the driveway for several weeks, when those items could have been bagged, stored in the garage, or otherwise contained while awaiting disposal. Additionally, the entire front yard was mowed so severely that the grass appeared to have been damaged or killed.
You have also expressed concern that you did not receive notice of the July Board meeting. However, our office did not receive your ownership documents and contact information until after the meeting notice had already been distributed. Therefore, we could not have included you in that initial communication. As you have acknowledged, the Association posts a large sign at the community entrance, so you did know about the meeting.
We have made every effort to move forward from this matter. While we regret that our relationship began on the wrong foot, it appears that you remain dissatisfied despite any reasonable explanation and/or clarification provided.
Experiencia fantástica: Since I'm a POA for James Cole it's a not as straight forward so I called Karen and my computer has problems. She walked me through it and got everything in with the correct amount. I had signed up but not correct amount. I'm an old lady but pretty techie. The problem is - the IT people need to think like users - not programers - and this is not my first rodeo... Karen and I also had a good visit while we were doing this. I've been around Windcrest for decades and glad that it is getting stabilized with Bluebonnet and the new HOA! Donna Beth McCormick

Experiencia fantástica: I am a homeowner in The Fairways of River Crossing subdivision. My gate opener passed away after a long life. I called Bluebonnet on 4/10/26 to find out the process of getting new opener. On 4/13/26, I was quite surprised to receive a phone message from Nancy at Bluebonnet that she was in the area and could deliver my new opener to my house. Experiencia fantástica: Last October we transitioned to PMI. I was very impressed with how seamless it was to combine the financial statements from the old management co (in light of many adj required) with PMI activity through 12/31 (since we did not receive f/s from old co till after yearend). Mark Vicente did an excellent job taking a rollforward provided and work that in to their financial system to arrive at a good yearend balance. Experiencia positiva: My experience with the POA has been mixed. The community is generally well-maintained, and it’s clear there is an effort to preserve property values. However, communication regarding fees could be more detailed and proactive, especially to help avoid confusion. I did appreciate the time taken to make a personal call to address my concerns and provide clarification. Overall, the association seems committed to the neighborhood, though there is still room for improvement when it comes to transparency and communication.
Thank you for updating your review. While 4 stars is not up to our standard, it does give us a path for improvement and we will accept the challenge. We would point out that we are the management team and not the Association. We do not write the rules but merely carry out the rules that owners agree to follow when purchasing property within the association. Experiencia negativa: If I could give this company zero stars I would. Tara (the owner) seems to struggle to maintain her professionalism. As a concerned home owner I went to her with issues that needed to be addressed only for her to tell me and other homeowners in an HOA meeting that that “wasn’t her job.” Our community looks horrible since PMI has taken over. This company boasts integrity but has none. I cannot recommend this company and I can say that another HOA in our area steered clear of this company for similar concerns.

Experiencia fantástica: Recently the members of the Architectural Control Committee for Valero Estates in Spring Branch Texas received a letter from our property management company that said they were no longer going to be over our community and gave us 30 days notice to either govern ourselves or turn it over to the county. We had a community wide meeting and voted to self govern but we needed some help. The massive amount of paperwork involved in this transition is overwhelming. We were given a recommendation to contact Steve Poer and Tara Devine with Blue Bonnet realty. They live close by and came right over and met with our group of volunteers. We did check with other companies but chose to work with Steve and Tara. We are still in the transition phase but we would not even know where to start without them. They are in constant communication with us and we are so grateful for their help.
