The house needed an enormous amount of work before it was ready to go on the market, and I was managing much of the process from out of state. She invested an incredible amount of time and energy helping coordinate the work, overseeing details, addressing unexpected challenges, and making sure things kept moving forward. Experiencia fantástica: Kathy Helton , is a wonderful realtor we reached to her via phone 2,000 miles away. we scheduled a time when we would arrive and she was great showing up around town as well as the houses we had selected. During the escrow process we were constantly in contact, believe me when I say my husband had a million questions, but she was there to answer them. After closing she went above and beyond, filling the pool in the extreme heat due to excessive evaporation, and fixing a problem that appeared with our gate. I researched real estate agents in the area and chose Kathy Ortman based on her biography and reviews. When we spoke on the phone, I knew I made the right choice.
