I made 50k more than she said it would ever sale for, because I made them keep the listing price I wanted, that was verified by other realtors. I was also told by this realtor remodels don’t recoupe there money! This is what I do for a living, I know they do for a fact. She also wants to remind you every chance she gets of how much she is worth. Which has no bearing on the sale of your house, nor did I even care. This realtor also did not even stay for closing! I would never use this realtor if it was not court ordered in a divorce and do not recommend her!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I are both Active-Duty Air Force and in March of 2021 we contacted Kathleen and her team about purchasing a new home due to a military move from Virginia to Oklahoma. We had previously worked with Kathleen on the purchase of a separate home and knew her to be an amazing realtor and we were excited for the opportunity to work with her again. My wife and I coordinated to fly out from Virginia for a week to accomplish house hunting prior to the actual move. Our goal was to perform a door-to-door move and forgo the need for temporary housing. Kathleen dedicated an entire week to showing us as many homes as we could stand each day. Even as repeat customers, that amount of dedicated one-on-one time was not expected, but it was greatly appreciated. Purchasing a new home is obviously stressful and trying to accomplish it in a one-week condensed timeline, during COVID, with a pregnant wife was a lot! Kathleen made the experience feel like shopping with an old friend. She was exactly what we needed and sure enough she found us a home that we made an offer on before returning to Virginia. That’s when the impossible task that we gave Kathleen really began. To close on the new home in Jones OK we had to sell our home in Virginia and our rental home in Moore OK. Kathleen and her team coordinated with our Virginia listing agent and guided us through the entire process with both the Oklahoma homes. She coordinated directly with our Rental Property Manager to get the Moore rental home in selling condition and within two months of deciding to sell… she had the home listed and sold! We would have never been able to meet such an aggressive schedule on our own and a lot of realtors would have struggled with such a complex scenario. Kathleen’s experience, skill, personality, and professionalism was on full display, and she knocked it out of the park! They were so supportive from start to finish and even after we closed on the house I needed so insight on plot lines and the builder putting so on our neighbors yard instead of our yard because they weren’t paying attention to plot lines. The builder try to cut corners everywhere and if we didn’t have Kathleen’s team telling the builder they will fix it I know the builder would have just bullied us into just accepting it as is. And she was spot on! Selling my house after renting it out, it had a lot of damages. Her team coordinated everything for me and gave me various options and advice. I lived out of state at the time and so they not only took care of everything, but they made it all stress free. Once the house went live on the market, I already had 6 showings scheduled that day plus a few more the next day. I had several offers on the second day, several that were above our original price point goal. Bottom line, I wouldnt recommend anyone else. Communication was non-exsistent, didn’t respond to me e-mails for weeks and lost me the property I was interested in. After several requests in writing to be removed from their SPAM e-mails I threatened legal action. As if to taunt me, they then started receiving SPAM texts as well as the e-mails. I had to block their number from my cell to stop the harassment.
