Experiencia fantástica: Jesse showed up to help us do a cleanout on a house completely filled with a few lifetimes of memories. He did anything needed to get the house ready for showing. He gave referrals to contractors for needed work and his expertise in knowing what needed to be done vs. what had to be done was critical. He expertly priced the house well enough for multiple offers giving us a choice of the kind of buyer we hoped for the neighborhood. I would work with him anytime... knowing that he values being a good helper over whatever the commission was going to be. I think that is rare.

Experiencia fantástica: I don’t think I can adequately describe the respect, appreciation and admiration I have for Jesse Dill and the service he provided in selling my parents home. Jesse was confident and happy to take on what seemed a dismal and overwhelming task to us. The home was in disarray as well as probate but that did not deter him. Jesse developed a plan, a timeline and a budget. He was meticulous in staying within the confines even though that meant he would end up doing much of the physical labor himself (!) to make that happen. His strategy to sell the home was equally impressive. We trusted him implicitly with the pricing and marketing and in four days, there were thirteen offers (above the asking price) on a home we thought would be difficult to sell. The hard work, time and effort Jesse put into selling this home is still bewildering. I had no idea a realtor would pour so much of themselves into helping others on a tough sale like this one. If you are looking for the hardest working, most dedicated realtor, with great communication skills and filled with integrity, we highly recommend Jesse Dill.

Experiencia fantástica: Used Jesse to sell my mother's home while going through the estate/probate process. It couldn’t have gone any smoother. Jesse was invaluable in getting the home prepped and readied for sale. He even brought a trailer and demoed a brick hearth after we had an old wood stove removed. He had relationships with vendors we needed to clean the roof, replace a small section of carpet, pressure wash the exterior, and freshen up the interior paint. All done in a timely way. Home sold in the first weekend of marketing. We couldn’t have been more satisfied and would highly recommend Jesse and team.

Jesse Dill managed to get a good number of offers for me even after showing it in person! I think we sold the property from offer to closing in about 5 weeks! My husband and I relocated to Oregon for work and actually met Daphne at an open house (we had been assigned a different realtor at the time). During this conversation, both of us knew we wanted to work with her instead. In addition to her just being pleasant, kind, and knowledge during conversation, she offered a completely complimentary call with us to explain the home buying process knowing that we were still in the exploration process and hadn’t officially decided to move. Daphne only got better with time. Her communication was prompt and informative, she answered tons of questions and went to a couple open house independently for us. Once we found our dream house, she strategically coached us through the exact offer that she thought they would accept - which was exactly right. Though her relational expertise, we competed with an all cash offer and got our home. Daphne made sure we could attend our inspection in person and we were impressed with her inspection team - another testament to her! We had a tight timeline with our state to state move and fedex delays with our paperwork. Against all odds, we closed and filed with the state a couple hours before we made it to our house. A bottle of champagne and custom gift were waiting for us upon arrival. Daphne thinks through all the important details! In writing this 3 months later, we can say that we have zero regrets or buyers remorse and still so happy about our decision to work with Daphne and buy this house!
