Experiencia negativa: Extremely disappointed!!! , I had completed a application paid my fee and haven’t heard from anybody in almost a week. Asking for the return of my $45 for the application fee that no one has ever followed up with me!!!! I was told today that someone would follow up with me and yet that never happened!!

Experiencia fantástica: We sold two properties with Stacey Martindale of Cornerstone Brokers. In both instances, Stacey was an ACTIVE and INTEGRAL part in getting our houses sold quickly. We sold our primary home and a rental property. I had to leave the state (Colorado) for a family emergency and then relocated to TX directly without having returned to CO. In the case of our rental, it needed significant work to make it sellable. Stacey went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND by giving us referrals of people who could paint, replace floors, and do the other work that needed to be done. This was all while is was out of state! She made sure work got done and done correctly and handled it all very professionally! She did a great deal more work than I would ever have imagined a broker doing.
