Experiencia fantástica: Genelle is very patient. I traveled from PA to meet with her to look at houses in late 2023 even though I was not ready to buy a house yet. She helped me to decide that Fairfield Glade was where I wanted to live. Then a year later, when I was ready, she quickly helped me sort through my options and to choose the right house. Finally, she helped to time the closing to immediately follow the sale of my existing house so that I only had to move once.

Experiencia fantástica: We share our experience of selling our home in Fairfield Glade. Genelle of Gwin Realty was very easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable and professional as she marketed or home. Her attention to every detail was exceptional. We decided to move to Fairfield Glade from Upstate New York some three years ago, and Genelle worked tirelessly with us to find our dream home, presenting a variety of options, and patiently listening to our ever changing preferences. Genelle’s commitment and dedication to “the cause” is incredible, and response to email/messages always prompt - even during holidays/vacation time. Without doubt, the best Agent we have ever worked with, and we are now proud owners of a new Zurich home in “The Glade”. Thank you Genelle!!

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle was a pleasure to work with. She did an outstanding job of listing our house! Kept us well informed during the whole process. Very easy to work .

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle Thomas listed and sold our two undeveloped lots in Fairfield Glade. We initially listed these lots with another Realtor in 2010; through the years, we contracted with several different agents without success. In a market with an abundance of undeveloped building lots for sale, the lots remained on the market for almost 14 years. After contracting with Genelle, we immediately saw the benefits of her dynamic marketing activities; within days, we had interested buyers reviewing the properties – it was the most activity we had seen in over 13 years! We are happy to report that Genelle sold our lots within the year. Genelle was a wonderful agent -- she kept us updated on listing activity and was always available to discuss our thoughts and to answer our questions. She was also a wonderful representative during the closing process, guiding and informing us every step of the way. If you are looking for a knowledgeable, energetic, motivated, and personable representative, Genelle is the Realtor for you! She is keenly aware of the local real estate market and is constantly working on behalf of her clients. Should we ever have the need for a Realtor again, Genelle will be our first and only choice!

Experiencia fantástica: After seven long years of searching for our forever home, leasing in Florida three years and Tennessee almost four years, our unplanned move was necessitated as the owners of the house we were leasing needed their house back...in 30 days. Literally, we had less than a month to relocate. A month that included a long holiday when many businesses were closed. Our adventure began on Friday of Independence Week… how appropriate! The first two houses we were interested in, quickly became unavailable. By chance, I sent Gwin Home & Garden Realty an inquiry about a house on the market. I indicated that this house was the style we were looking for and that by the information on the website, it appears to check all the boxes. Almost immediately, I received a response from Realtor Genelle, who said “I believe I have your house” and we immediately made an appointment to tour this home, along with a few others. This house was in a location we were unfamiliar with but Genelle took the time, on that Sunday, to show us around with great patience and intuition. She was right, the first house she showed us was the house we loved and we placed an offer. Genelle patiently and with great expertise, worked with us and her team to manage all the details in a week full of holiday obstacles. Over the next few weeks, Genelle was right there coordinating with the lender and his team, the seller and her team, as well as, the Title company to make this purchase process flawless. While Genelle and her team worked their magic, our processes a hour and half away included movers, packers, cleaners and good-byes. Genelle came though on time and under budget and we are incredibly grateful. We love our forever home. Thank you, Genelle Thomas and the wonderful team at Gwin Realty in Crossville, Tennessee.

Experiencia fantástica: We felt Genelle Thomas would get the job done. We didn’t know any realtors in the area and Genelle was very professional in appraising, listing, and selling our Fairfield lot in days. We would use her again. Very glad we met her at the right time. Thank you Genelle for getting er done!

Experiencia fantástica: I had to move from my home in Fairfield Glade due to health issues to be nearer to my family in Ohio. Genelle Thomas was my realtor and did an excellent job. She is very knowledgeable and very kind. I couldn't have made the move without her help and support. If you find yourself looking for a realtor, do yourself a favor and work with Genelle. She is awesome...Brenda Antle

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle is an extraordinary Realtor. Initially I was trying to buy a home in Fairfield Glade without being on site. Janelle was very accommodating by taking me through a variety of homes via video. Eventually, I decided I could not get a "feel" for the house without being in it myself. Genelle is very easy to reach by text or phone. She always called or wrote me right back when I had questions. Genelle really cares about her clients and I would definitely recommend her to be your first choice be your realtor.

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle Thomas is a fabulous realtor. She is professional, communicative and always available if you had any questions . I would absolutely recommend Genelle if your selling or buying a home. My home sold weeks after listing it.

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle is an outstanding realtor. We were tasked with selling an old, outdated two story home in a community that wants one level updated living. The most important service she gave us was pricing the house correctly. We would have left thousands on the table if we had used other realtors. Her marketing was top notch. The house photos and video were excellent. She was right on top of the process from beginning to end and her level of communication was outstanding. The house sold in two weeks for far more than we had anticipated.

Experiencia fantástica: We truly can't express how grateful we are for Genelle Thomas (and Keith) and her efforts in the purchase of our home. She went above and beyond and was always available for any questions (including stupid ones) and guidance during the transaction. This BHG office will be the only one I recommend, as long as Genelle, Keith and Mike are still there! Thanks again Genelle for everything! Tom & Lisa

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle was our realtor for a purchase of a home in TN while we were living in FL. After online searches, we decided to build. Experiencia fantástica: Genelle was available and responsive throughout the process - and there was plenty to respond to. We worked with her from out of state and she took care of loads of details and offered up excellent local resources so we could complete the work necessary to have our house ready to sell. We received the price we wanted based on her good advice and patience. I highly recommend Genelle!

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle was very helpful and informative with responses to our questions. We made multiple trips to Fairfield Glade and she had plenty of options for houses to walk through each time we visited. She is great to work with through the whole process!

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I are repeat customers for Genelle, this time around enjoying her kind and professional service as sellers! Whether you are buying or selling a home or property, we highly recommend Genelle as your agent. Genelle works tirelessly and diligently to create a pleasant and professional experience for all involved in the real estate transactions and can answer your questions regarding the community and life in the upper Cumberland area!

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle was awesome. She had 2 offers within 2 weeks of listing our lot. One was a full price offer. The closing was flawless!

Experiencia fantástica: I had the pleasure of having Genelle Thomas represent me in the sale of my Fairfield Glade home. While it is a lakefront home, it is older and presented some design/layout challenges that caused some buyers to balk. Genelle provided positive advice and support that resulted in the sale of my home at a price that was more than satisfactory to me. Her knowledge of the local market and her rapport with the other local agents was instrumental in the ultimate sale of my home. I would strongly recommend Ms. Thomas to anyone looking for an agent with a firm grasp on the Fairfield Glade real estate market.

Experiencia fantástica: Our experience working with Genelle Thomas was outstanding! She went way over and above. First she helped us become familiar with Fairfield Glade (extremely knowledgeable), then kept us informed about new listings. She videoed several potential homes for us, helping us make decisions from afar. She really had a handle on what we were looking for. We put in an offer on our new home based on our trust of her good judgment and experience. She has also been invaluable in offering advice related to services in the area. I can't imagine how we would have made this move without her expertise!

Experiencia fantástica: I only work with Genelle Thomas and have a few times. Genelle is professional, informed, accommodating, friendly, and very patient. She understands her client's preferences and works hard to meet them. Genelle patiently showed me the same house four times while still showing me other properties. She never pushed, never discouraged; continued to support me and allow me time to come to a decision and now I can say I love my new home. Choose Genelle as your agent…you will be happy with your decision.

Experiencia fantástica: genelle was a wonderful realtor to work with. she made the transaction so easy and stress free. definitely recommend her if you're buying or selling...

Experiencia fantástica: Genelle did amazing job in selling our home.

Experiencia fantástica: SUPERIOR professional service by an outstanding realator. We were extremely happy with our entire home buying experience with Genelle. She is timely, caring, and is willing to listen to the buyers needs and desires rather than just making a quick sale. Genelle offered many creative ideas as we walked the property a few times to seek renovation ideas. We appreciated her timeliness, quick response and positive attitude during the entire process. We highly recommend Genelle for anyone looking to buy or sell property in Fairfiled Glade. Thanks for making this endeavor a rewarding time!

Experiencia fantástica: My husband and I showed up for a weekend trip, interested, but not really sure if we wanted to move to this area or not. Nevertheless, Genelle blocked out 2 days for us to show us some houses as well as drive us around the area so we would know what it was like, not knowing if she would ever see us again or not. After deciding we indeed wanted to move here once our home sold in a different state, we kept in touch with Genelle on our interests over the next 5 months. When we were finally ready to buy (our house sold in the other state), we asked her to set up several house showings immediately. She also recommended a few others we hadn't considered since she got a good feel for our style and likes. After 11 showings, we narrowed our decision down to 2 and chose our new home!! Genelle stuck with us through it all. She communicated with us every step of the way never tiring of our multitude of questions! Genelle isn't just a face on the billboard - she's the real deal! Give her a call so she can help you get your Move On! You just might find your next amazing home!

Experiencia fantástica: I wanted to let y’all know what a great realtor Genelle Thomas is. She goes over and above in helping her clients. She is very thorough and professional. A true Blessing to work with. Bill & Sandy Proper.

Experiencia fantástica: We were difficult. We wanted to buy a homestead home in Crossville while living in Los Angeles. It took a while to find the right one and Genelle was patient, and attentive.
