Experiencia negativa: Some people who work for this company are very unethical. I have communicated numerous times about a matter and for two months it has been unresolved because they just simply refused. Unfortunately I’m going to have to give this company one star.

Experiencia negativa: Celebrating 2 years next week in a house from Hell... $100k in repairs later. Thanks, Mark Roberts and Tate (inspector from Homechek HE insisted on. As a first time home buyer, I had no idea that we should've vetted the home inspector ourselves and determine ourselves who to go with. Lesson learned, find YOUR OWN home inspector of YOUR choosing!) -Improper attic insulation -Roof damage -Leaking pipes under sinks -Leaking pipes in the basement -Sump pump not correctly installed -Hydrostatic pressure in the basement causing water to come up from the floor -Hydrostatic pressure in the garage doing the same thing -Water coming through the attached shed ceiling and walls -Water in a bathroom ceiling -Leaking shower drains -Termite damage -Bats... yep, bats in the house -Improper sloping and grading throughout the entire yard causing water to get up under our patio -Wood rot from water damage to exterior doors that was painted over -a crack in the heat exchange of the furnace, hello, carbon monoxide -a crack in the septic tank and a faulty switch. -leaking condensate pump boxes (2) -closet doors improperly installed -shower door improperly installed and doesn't even close.... ... this isn't even half of it.... YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED. Our realtor, Mark, was a family friend of 35 years. I called this individual my uncle growing up, and this home financially devastated me. As a pregnant woman and a newlywed. If he can do it to me he can do it to you. Oh, and if you're a female who gives a hoot about ethics, go on reddit and do some reading. Type Inch and Co,, York, and read... Disturbing!! I can personally vouch for having had to listen to derogatory remarks about immigrants, a love affair for Trump and the GOP and the desire to bring back the term master bedroom throughout my buying process. How appropriate. Unfortunately my experience sounds similar to the other negative reviews. Things were not disclosed that should’ve been disclosed. We ended up with a money pit and little help in how to navigate the path forward other than told to lawyer up and mediate. We feel like a number and that the transaction and getting it done quickly was the priority, not honesty or our long term happiness. After $40k of repairs and renovations to our home in less than two months we wish we spent our life savings elsewhere. Broken hearted, first time home owner and pregnant to boot. Inch’s is money hungry and so are the people who work for them.

She relieved our stress associated with selling and made each step seamless guiding us to a quick successful sale and closing. She ensured we were onboard with details as needed and responded promptly to our questions and concerns. For example, she arranged for the professional photographer to reshoot a few shots the next day for our photo presentation to better represent our personal favorite aspects of our home. She was an effective advocate for us interacting with prospective buyers leading to multiple offers and an advantageous contract for us. She arranged and ensured all details of closing proceeded smoothly even though we had medical issues complicating the process. Yes, we were very grateful and satisfied to have used April to handle the sale of our home.

They did a great job managing the properties, and even helped me complete repairs with an insurance claim due to a toilet valve breaking (no fault of theirs), and then ultimately selling them very quickly. Experiencia negativa: Worse home buying experience ever I bought an house that was listed by one of their agents the communication was lacking between my agent and their agent and also with me things were supposed to be done and fixed that weren't and it was put in paperwork that it was supposed to and the agent never had any initiative to want to get that done but look at their bottom dollar It was the worst overall experience I've ever had and buying a home and it was my first time ever buying a home I will be lodging a formal complaint with the real estate board. This sweet young woman came into our lives almost two years ago at the recommendation of a mutual friend. Trust me when I tell you we have been through the wringer with Chelsea, but she stayed steadfast, professional, kind, never changed her “we can do this!” attitude. The housing market was crazy. Interest rates rose. Availability was slim. Bidding wars were out of control. Yet in all of that, Chelsea helped us to close on two houses in two years. Another rental to add to our portfolio, as well as an upgraded primary residence. She has been truthful. She has been straight to the point. She has been our advocate. She’s been a confidante with our dreams and visions regarding properties. All in all, she has been a woman of integrity. Chelsea worked hard day and night to schedule showings for us and get us the best deal possible. She was very realistic with us on what we could and could not risk in buying a new home. We had lots of fun exploring new homes, old homes, picture perfect homes that were not perfect when we saw them in person, and the in between. I loved that she looked for the details we didn’t know how to look for. Did I mention that my husband and I lived over a hour away from the houses we looked at?? She got us scheduled in to see multiple houses and worked with our schedules to get some late night showings, which I know can’t be super easy. She was someone we could trust 100% without hesitation. Experiencia negativa: Inch & Co. I wouldn't recommend to anyone. I'm a Veteran and decided use my VA Loan to purchase my 1st home through them. That has been the worse decision ever. My agent seemed to be there for me; but all and all come to find out she was there just to sweet talk the deal, talk me out of thing's and drop me after signing. And didn't even have the time for me for my final walk through; she told me she was busy and wasn't able to make it and for me to do it myself. Now, I'm left me high and drie with a money pit! Sad thing is; in the same timeframe the house across the street sold - found out there agent basically treated them like Kings and Queens - with so many more things offered , taken care of, completed, followed through and more. Basically I felt embarrassed and really taken advantage of............So, doesn't matter if you're a Veteran or a regular person; it's all about themselves and they're commission. Thanks Jaclyn Currie Well, whomever told you that I was told about water coming into the basement prior; lied to you. Because, I was informed small seepage on 1 wall. Not a continuous flooding with all 3 walls. Of course you'll support everything Jaclyn Currie has done for thos sale; she's your team member. That's been proven to me during this whole process; your team only has each other's backs......

I really appreciated his ability to strike the perfect balance between listening to what I wanted and needed while still brining his expertise to the table. Thanks to Kevin being awesome, I was able to get make a competitive offer on a home, avoid a bidding war, and have my offer accepted on the first house(!!!) that I was interested in... which is really saying something in this crazy market. Being a first time buyer, it was a huge relief to have Kevin by my side throughout the entire process, from viewings to inspections and finally closing. I'd absolutely work with him again and recommend him without reservation—he's really set the bar high!

Experiencia positiva: Inch is the new kid on the block, so why simply ignore the chance to connect with a potential customer? Real estate is a competitive business, whether it's a buyers' or sellers' market. Fortunately, the call I made to Kathy Turkewitz was answered within the hour. Guess who got my business. Update: since I wrote my first one-star review, I've been contacted by both the owner and Sam Stein, the agent I tried to call. Both were genuinely apologetic and explained the steps they've taken to deal with the problem I had. I've added a couple of stars to thank them for personally reaching out. They could have just as easily blown me off and moved on.
