Experiencia fantástica: I have been very pleased with PPM! They take the time to explain everything and walk even the most inexperienced landlords through the leasing process. Becki is my go to when I have questions or concerns. If she doesn't have an answer, she finds someone who does. Everyone on the team has been patient, kind, and respectful of my property and needs!

Experiencia negativa: If I could leave a zero star rating I would. This management team has no regard for the safety of vulnerable women. My civil rights are being violated daily and they have done nothing but charge undisclosed fees. They harass their tenants for trying to protect themselves from being stalked in their own home by other tenants. If they manage a property you are considering renting…. Don’t!!! Your safety doesn’t matter to them.
None of these claims are accurate. You began making these allegations within a few weeks of moving in. Our maintenance team inspected the attic and found nothing to substantiate your claims.
On multiple occasions, we have offered you the option to terminate the lease early without penalty, given that you have stated you feel unsafe. You have not taken these offers.
You initially claimed that a neighboring resident was walking in the attic; however, that unit has no access to the attic. You later claimed that a man over the age of 70 was responsible. The attic scuttle hole is locked, and we are the only party with a key.
You have provided no evidence to support any of these allegations. Additionally, you made an unauthorized modification by cutting a hole in the ceiling and installing a camera in the attic. Even with the camera installed, no proof of your claims has ever been provided of someone in the attic.

I love the feel of the apartments, Its the country in the city! Everyone made it smooth upon move in and welcoming even after move in. Quiet community with nice neighbors.

Experiencia fantástica: I purchased an investment property that PPM was managing for the previous owner. Before closing, I reached out to PPM, Brannon and Kristi were happy to have a call and answer my questions about the property. I decided to sign a management agreement with them to make the transfer easier. Now, PPM is managing two of my properties and they are doing an excellent job responding to tenants’ needs and filling vacancies quickly. Brannon is very professional, honest, and really enjoys sharing his knowledge. Kristi is great and always happy to talk and give updates on the properties. Experiencia fantástica: I was working with a different property manager for years. The company had been sold multiple times and the quality of their services had suffered greatly. I was dealing with an eviction and during that process I learned that the company had outsourced their customer service to a call center in the Philippines. This is where owners and tenants called with questions but the people who answered the phone didn't even speak English very well. Owners would speak with property managers for certain things, customer service for other things as well as eviction specialists and leasing specialists and it seemed that there was poor internal communication amongst the departments. It was very difficult knowing who to speak with and they were not very responsive. I was having a very difficult time during this eviction process and decided it was time to change management companies. After doing some research I found Principled Property Management. I liked that they are a smaller company and have great reviews. I spoke with Kristi to inquire about their services and even before they were managing my property, she was so much help in helping me get information about my eviction and helping me navigate the process even though she was not managing my property or getting paid to do so. The tenant ended up getting caught up with rent and I hired Principled Property Management and it has been a wonderful experience so far. My tenant is paying on time and just renewed the lease. Principled has been on top of getting repairs done that the previous property manager had neglected for at least a year. Ericka has been very helpful in getting repairs done in a timely manner and seems to treat my money and home as if it were her own while being considerate of cost and has also communicated with me throughout the process. I love that when I need something I call either Kristi or Ericka and that they are so responsive. Thank you Principled Property Management team!!!!

There were a few hiccups from the cashiers check getting lost in the mail to general contractor delays, and PPM were very helpful and lenient with us. Kind nice face acting after we sign documents she disappear Just mistake to trust to her..You hire them work for you . My home was in market 2 months with no show after 30 days I sign documents I was out United state I came back 10 days called they to update they disappeared. . I try to cansel just started 10 days ago they ask for money to cancel, they told me sign paper . She did noting ask 500$ .There is no one to talk . Or no one answer Emil they asking for canselation that make 500$ Never sign any documents with them because they are fraud . We requested meeting no answer no Emil .No service . I work many years with property managers she is horrible. She want charge me for cleaning home 600$ 1800 sq . Hungry for money .. cut grass 400$ .. she is on you fof everything . I never accept cleaning or cut grass she stop service .
We are sorry you have been through several property management companies in the past few months. We realize, we are not a fit for your needs and expectations. Late evening calls and calls during an appointment, we get back with quickly, but cannot always respond immediately. We are not familiar with the costs you quoted and did not state those. She shared that lawn mowing was $55 and cleaning was $160-200. You even emailed me to ask how you could stay with our company. We wish you all the best in finding a company that can meet your needs.
