Experiencia negativa: The property is nice but the move in process is terrible this is my first time moving in over 10 years so I was a little in familiar with the process and this is also the first time I’m not in an apartment. I’ve requested a call several times from my leasing agent Savannah and she never called not once. I’ve also requested calls a few other ways and no one ever calls per my request. They only communicate through text message which is really frustrating. They have a 3rd party service that is supposed to set up the utilities but they told me I could do it on my own and when I did I was contacted by Savannah and told it was a breach of my contract and I had to take them out of my name. So after paying all the deposit for utilities I have to disconnect them. I am now out of $100s of dollars because they refuse to call me. My lights are off and I’m waiting on someone to call me back in regards to that. I just went grocery shopping last night so that’s $300 wort of food water. I moved in on the 5th I wasn’t giving the option to sign up for nutility until the 11th so I don’t have a trash can trash is just piling up in my house. This by far has been the worst moving experience in my life and I’m starting to regret moving here just because the lack of communication. All of this stuff could have been avoided by a simple phone call and giving me all the necessary information to set up the utilities on the 5th when I moved in

Communication with Clint, Amy, and Christy has been excellent, and their guidance has been especially valuable since I’m out of state. I’d confidently recommend them—they operate with integrity.

Experiencia negativa: Absolute crooks. Paid over cash value and had to claim bankruptcy and the building was included, they are still trying to get an additional $5000 illegally according to legal paperwork. Nobody there has any integrity whatsoever, the contract was not even initially with them, they will take advantage of anyone they can, highly not recommended. As a disabled veteran they are still trying to milk every penny they can even though they have already been paid and went through court for bankruptcy about it.

My wife and I have a rental in Monticello, Georgia and had been running it ourselves for years and it had started to become a bit much with running a business and working a full time job. We decided to reach out to Mr. Brooks and staff and they got to work very quickly and had it rented within less than a month. Their professional staff and wonderful app for seeing everything continues to impress me. We've been with them for almost a year now and hope to continue to do business with them for years to come. Experiencia negativa: The Newton county judicial system provided rental forgiveness. Unfortunately. Summitt Realty was not comfortable honoring his judgement. Forgiveness is a choice. One day we all need forgiveness on our judgement day. If a business is not able to provide forgiveness from a judicial system then as a tenant it would probably be the same outcome.

We had dealt with so many rude people and scams, finding summit was the best thing that could’ve happened. They have all been so kind to us, they are all professional, Clint has been a pleasure every interaction, we adore him, Christy is so sweet, the maintenance guys are just as awesome. No complaints at all. I have a special needs son and it means the world to me that anytime I’ve spoken with them they ask how he’s doing and genuinely seem to care about their tenants. Highly recommend renting from them. They go above and beyond

Experiencia negativa: If I could give them negative ratings I would. We turned over the keys to our 5 bedroom 4 bath house to Clint Brooks and his team and trusted them to manage our property. They rented the house within a week of having management of it. The next 18 months were AWFUL!!!! We had a lease that showed a male adult. female adult, and two minor children. However according to several neighbors there were at least 12 people in the home at all times. We discovered all the locks on the bedroom doors changed to deadbolts. Its obvious that rooms were being rented. Also, dogs were being bred in the home although we specified a NO pet lease. Calls from neighbors informed us of this. Clint claimed he didn't know even though I called to inform him. Damage to the newly done paint was such that it needs to be e redone. were talking about a 3600 square foot home. Also, ALL carpets need replacing and the odor of urine hit us from the door. The home has always had a full warranty since we had it built 14 years ago but the damage was so astronomical and intentional that the warranty company refused to honor it. They destroyed the microwave, dishwasher, gas range, hot water heater, refrigerator and air conditioning unit. ALL must be replaced. Black mold in the garage and dishwasher and upstairs master bath. All walls affected had to be torn out. Ceiling collapsed in 2 areas under two of the bathrooms. 1st floor bathroom torn out due to water damage. We payed several times to have plumbers come out for clogged drains. Home owners insurance refused to pay also due to neglect. Upon repossession, we discovered the severe roach infestation. Took seven months just to clear out the roaches. The trash was piled to the top of our 12*10 wooden storage shed, 10*10 wooden pergola and our 2 car garage, not to mention all over the house. They broke both gates on our wooden fence around the back yard, removed several beams from the shed and broke decorative posting on the wooden fence. Several links on the crystal chandelier were broken out even though it is 20ft feet off the ground in a 2 story foyer. It took a 6 person cleaning crew a whole 2 days to clean out the trash and filled a 43 foot dumpster overflowing that we had delivered to the driveway. BTW, Clint did very graciously offer to have the house cleaned out for us for the low low price of 750 USD!!! (the nerve, he has NO SHAME). We are still trying to figure out how he was managing the home but failed to see ALL of these damages or the roaches or the additional people living here or the dogs kennels and dogs (they were pet breeding). The only thing he did right was faithfully take his 10% fee monthly. If it weren't for the neighbors consistently warning us, or the repairmen constantly saying "Ma'am, they are tearing up your house, we would have never evicted. In fact when I finally told Clint to put in the eviction, he told me we cant the tenants for a few broken things. Even though he supposedly inspected the house a few days prior and noted on his paperwork that everything was ok. Meanwhile the appliance repairman we sent out for the 'stove not working' is sending me a picture of a stove that has been completely dismantled!!!! (how'd you miss that Clint". Oh the horror and disgust of these people. No accountability, no remorse, no shame. meanwhile were stuck with 30 grand in damages. All repairmen and neighbors say they are more than HAPPY to testify when we sue.

Experiencia negativa: My family and I applied for a rental property through Summit we paid our application fee for 4 people @ $45 each a total of $180 after almost of 3 weeks waiting we were told the owner is going to sell the property they offered another houses to look at we went and looked after after almost a week of waiting we were told we didn't qualify and we will not get our application fee back it's non refundable I feel they are a rip off. They had our application for almost 3 weeks they should have know if we qualify before sending us to look at another house. Be careful working with this company .….. Second update after they left they review they are liar and making our family look bad but they are the one scamming and taking money if it was a problem with anything why would they offer another house I didn't call and threaten no one. Just voice my opinion to the lady. BECAREFUL THEY WANT TO KEEP YOUR MONEY AND TELL LIES!! WE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM IN THE RENTING A HOUSE

Im all about chances so beings the first two were totally opposite, I decided to give it the old 3 outta 5. To my dismay the latter of them followed in lil ms. Big Attitudes footsteps. Sorry Summit I cant say that I would recommend you today.

We were not able to manage the property, as we were moved 450 miles away.They were able to rent our home out ASAP and the renters stayed for 5 YEARS!! When there was any issues with the home they were right on the issue with whatever needed to be done. We highly recommend this company for renting or selling your home!
