I stayed for 11 more months after my lease and gave them a notice, (since they dont use computers, my notice never got further than the woman who was there). Cleaned the place spotless as far as im concerned considering how the house next door was left during my stay. Tried 3 times to get maintenance to come fix a faulty wiring issue, gave up on it. Brennan never reached out about anything, nor, my deposit. The neighbors house they were in control of had the worst roach infestation when they moved out and I had to handle all of that my own. The house was poorly insulated with a crappy portable air conditioner. 300 dollar electric bills each month. This place owes me my move in deposit. Thieves. 950 a month for floors falling in and the neighbors house the same build for 650 however their toilet was making mold under the floor and it was never fixed. Make it make sense. Glad to move out of cullman. Uncultured sundown town

Experiencia positiva: Good experience using Doyle. They were somewhat exuberant about the market potential in the beginning but cooler heads prevailed and the house sold for its market rate so it’s hard to argue with success.

Experiencia fantástica: I sold my home and bought a home with Paula Jones. Paula was AMAZING! for 3 years she hung in there with me showing me nearly every home on the market that met my criteria. During the closing process she held my hand and baby stepped me every step of the way! Every question i had was answered even if it was 12am when my mind was going crazy.Brandon was also there to answer any questions and quick to step in with his 27 years of knowledge if needed! Experiencia negativa: They set me up in an apartment that had holes in multiple doors. The apartment they had me in had signs of past leaks. The landlord always was hard to get ahold of, even if you did call the office. Also, they did not maintain anything that was broken in the apartment, like the stove or bathtub when they broke. The landlord had certain favorites and seemed to take sides. I'm sure Doyle Real Estate as a whole isn't that bad, but my landlord was horrible. Terrible service from him.
