Our agent started by looking at the market comp's for homes in our area and then recommended we set our price accordingly based on the comps and our own desires to get the most money from the sale, and sell it quickly... which we did. We got a full price offer on the 1st day of listing and we sailed through the selling process with only a few minor hiccups, nothing that was too daunting or out of the ordinary in the sales process. We closed on our targeted date and turned the keys over (after 22 years in this home), to the happy young couple who bought it from us. If you're looking to sell your home, you're in good hands with this team of dedicated pro's who will help make it an easy process! Highly recommend!
