Open houses were held twice in the life of the house being on the market. They were 1h each so the time required to be out of the house was minimal.

Experiencia negativa: Be careful if you are a first time home buyer with this one. She will go for the quick sale and leave you stuck with a house that comes with a myriad of problems. She will refer inspection companies that don’t do a thorough job. As first time home buyers clearly we should have done more research And looked for a realtor we could trust to sell us an adequate home. Again, speaking as a first time home buyer, I’m sure our inexperience played a role in our issues now, just would have been nice to have someone in our corner that would have said maybe this isn’t the one! Just go with someone else!!!! EDIT: Here are some photos of the contents of an old cistern that we paid 2k to have cleaned out. Her “reputable” inspection company missed it and contacted us with a full refund. Again do your homework, I know not everyone has the same experience but if you are a first time buyer watch out.
