We decided to contact him based on his reviews online and the amount of sales that he has closed. I mean, how else do we pick a realtor if we have no connections? So, this is what we did. We put him to the test. I wanted to replace the roof and fix the garage up before the sale hoping that it would actually help with the sale come spring. Based on the advice given in the fall, I actually chose not to sink the money into those things. It went against my thinking, but hey, he's the professional with experience so we just trusted it. Now spring 2026 comes. I contacted him back up after several months. He remembered our situation and conversation. We told him it was time! He came out to look at the property. He sends his photography team out. He lists the property and has an open house 1 Saturday. I'm not sure how he did it, but he gathered enough people to come through to sell the house just after the first showing. What I think is even more important is the after-sale communication. He just didn't up and leave us after the sale. It took almost 2 and a half months to closing for various reasons. He was there and answered texts and phone calls and emails all the way up to the final closing date. Thank you, Santino and your realtor team, for a very easy (when I look back on it) process.
