She priced our lake house so it was competitive and, at the same time, in the price range we wanted. She staged the house and with the photos and drone video made the house look beautiful. We sold the house at the price we wanted in two days. Michelle also helped us find our new house closer to town. She showed us a number of properties we asked to see but then steered us to the house that met all our needs. We definitely recommend Michelle if you are buying or selling your house.

When we were preparing my parent's house for sale, I feared it would languish on the market for months as it was being sold As Is. I could not have been more wrong! Angela knows how to price to properties to sell, and how to market them. The house was only on the market for four days before we received an offer for less than two percent below asking price. And she did all of that without ever meeting me face-to-face as I live out of state! You will not meet a more delightful or responsive real estate agent!

His knowledge and willingness to ask others to weigh in on problematic issues was refreshing. His honesty and integrity were above reproach. We highly recommend him!!!

We had interviewed 6 agents before Buddy came into our home and we made an instant decision that he would be the one. He was with us on the phone,in person, texting frequently which is what we preferred. We always knew what was going on and when a prospective buyer would be coming. The other agents were from various companies. Most were intimidating and pushy. Redo the whole house before going on the market? Really? Nope. We made a few changes that Buddy felt were important and removed excess furniture. Home sold in 10 days. We are still in touch with Buddy even after the closing. He has become like a family member to us and always will be.

Experiencia fantástica: Todd Beckstrom is the BEST real estate agent I have ever met. I have developed 12 waterfront subdivisions and I have never met a real estate agent that was so detail oriented. He has helped me sell out my last subdivision seamlessly for both the buyers and myself. He keeps everyone updated and informed throughout the process. Great communication is only a small portion of what he brings to the table. I cannot say enough positive things to describe his skill and expertise with getting all parties involved the best experience possible. He goes the extra mile to get everyone to the closing table with as little stress as possible. I highly recommend you list your property with him or call him to help you find the right property. Double kudos to his team for their professionalism as well.

Experiencia fantástica: Jacqueline Davis from the Chapin office is the most professional real estate agent we have ever used & we have used a few! She pays attention to exactly what your looking for and does not show you properties just to show. She keeps you completely informed and always answers your questions leaving you with no doubts! She does her homework on the areas, disclosures and everything in between. If your looking for someone to really help you find a home Jacqueline is certainly the one to call HANDS DOWN! We have already recommended her to family and they are thrilled as well! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Experiencia negativa: I've moved 5 times in my life, and of the 5 realtors I've ever had, Todd Beckstrom was undoubtedly the worst. Todd may be a great buying agent, but he definitely is not a great selling agent. He was more interested in making commission on purchasers who were interested in large dollar value homes on Lake Murray than selling any homes under $250,000. My wife and I ended up doing most of the work necessary to sell our home: we suggested price decreases to his office, make market comparison values ourselves, and when offers finally came through he was terrible at negotiations. He made mistakes to other realtors in promising gift cards and other items that were not to be sold with our house. Of the 3 places I've sold, this was undoubtedly the worst experience we've ever had. Highly suggest that if you're going to sell your home, go with a K&W realtor or Russell & Jeffcoat. We regretted our decision with Todd: he sells you hard on his business upfront, but then disappears afterwards.
