Experiencia negativa: I am writing this review to share my experience working with Marcy Merritt during my recent home-buying process. While I understood going into the purchase that the property would require significant renovations, I expected my agent to advocate for my interests and explore avenues to make the transition smoother. Unfortunately, that was not my experience. Throughout the process, I felt that my questions and strategic requests were consistently shut down without a genuine effort to negotiate. Specifically: 1. No Willingness to Negotiate Offer Price: Knowing the home needed substantial work, I wanted to submit an offer slightly below the asking price. I was told directly that she was not willing to write up or present that offer. 2. Dismissal of Repair Requests: When I asked about requesting minor repairs—such as patching holes in the walls—the request was dismissed immediately by Marcy before it was even presented to the sellers. 3. Post-Closing Communication Blocked: After taking possession, I asked for the seller’s contact information to facilitate buying specific supplies related to the house. I was told the seller "probably wouldn't be willing" to provide it, again closing a door without actually checking. There are numerous other reasons, but I will just leave it at the three for now. A real estate agent’s role is to represent and advocate for their client's goals, but it frequently felt as though the primary focus here was simply rushing the deal to completion. It felt as though my interests as a client were secondary to just getting the transaction done. Because of this lack of support, negotiation, and willingness to explore options for the customer, I cannot recommend working with her for your home buying needs.

I first learned about Deborah from a very informative mailer she sent to our community. A year later, we contacted her to discuss the potential to sell our home. We were very impressed with Deborah's knowledge of the area, she knew details about our home and the original builder, plus her knowledge of the real estate market in our area was very impressive. She asks good questions and is a good listener, not at all high-pressure. Her marketing plan was exactly what I was looking for in terms of high-quality photos, a detailed description, and getting our listing out to every Realtor, every on-line site and every potential buyer. The results speak for themselves - listed our home and received a great offer 31 days later!

Experiencia negativa: Well, don't be surprised if you receive an email reply from Amber but, don't expect much. I wrote her back after our initial contact and I never heard from her again. She could have at least wrote me to say she wasn't interested in selling my property.

Experiencia negativa: The Century 21 MVP Realtor in SEVIERVILLE TN that sold us our new home flat out drop us immediately after closing, without even a "congrats" text, email or call, While we had numerous "bumps in the road" and heated exchanges during the process, we did expect DANI MCROBERTS to be more professional than this.

He went above and beyond trying to help me & my family find the perfect place for us. I have purchased seversl pieces of property throughout the years but Davids knowledge of the area and properties, along with his up fromt sincere honesty made everything much more easier and enjoyable. I highly recommend anyone looking for a place to buy or sell to contact David Everett with Century 21! I don’t usually write reviews but felt this would definitely help someone in such an important decision when it comes to looking for & selling real estate.

Dave handled everything well and we finally found what we wanted in Dandridge where we are now located. Would easily use Dave for any future moves.

Experiencia fantástica: We really enjoyed working with our realtor, Dennis Beard and the rest of the staff. He really took the time to listen to what we wanted and helped us through all the steps we had to go through. He even stayed with us (for about 3 hours) and got us a tow truck when we put our car in the ditch trying to maneuver through the curvy mountain roads. Not only did he help us with the purchase of the house, but he also helped us find a good mortgage company, insurance, and a vacation/rental company. I will definitely be going back to them if we purchase another house.

Experiencia fantástica: Dawn Hurst is absolutely the best real estate agent in the area. My wife and I traveled to Sevierville TN to purchase a small vacation home. Dawn listened to every detail that we wanted in a home. After looking at several homes and working with Dawn, we made a phone call on the WEEKEND and asked her to find us a home for a permanent residence. With Dawn's help we found the perfect home and she took care of all showings, offers and closing. Ralph and Rasa should be extremely proud of thier team member. She is the BEST !!

As first time home owners the process was tedious and a true test of our new marriage. During the whole process we felt like we had a true friend! He came by our house, went through and explained the entire process with us, and offered suggestions to help the process go smoothly. Within 24 hrs of listing our house, he brought 4 offers to us, 3 of them being higher than our asking price! How’s that for service! He made the process extremely easy and took care of everything. Very knowledgeable, efficient and best of all, honest and not pushy. Mark made it so easy that a couple months later when we found our next place we wanted to buy, we didn’t hesitate to call him to be our agent again.
