Experiencia fantástica: Our thermostat gave out last week hitting 85 degrees!! Used the app to let them know and called Gina right when they were closing. She took care of everything and we had AC within an hour! We love working with Parrish! We have rented with them for years and this is the perfect example of why.

Experiencia negativa: Bruce is very rude and disrespectful especially when you have a maintenance request! I’ve been waiting 4 plus weeks to get this refrigerator fixed, and being that my rental agreement is almost over he just letting it go unfixed until we move! I can’t wait to move! He talks to people as if they’re children and I don’t have any time for that especially since I’ve been living in the house for 5yrs only missed rent twice due to hospitalization and once due to pandemic with all 3 occasions being paid within a week’s time! Looking back at my account I’ve only placed 4 requests in 5 years and each time he’s threatened my family for eviction as if things don’t naturally breakdown! God is good because my family and I will no longer have to deal with his negativity!

Experiencia fantástica: Gina is amazing! Actually, the whole company has been such a great experience to work with, but Gina's customer service is amazing. When a homeowner backed out of a showing at the last minute, she was quick to help us find another property Parrish managed that fit our needs which was SUCH a blessing since we were on a time crunch to move out of our old home. When we had to call the after hours maintenance crew, they were prompt and concise and have not had to "come back out" after they initially fix something - which is rare. Their office is accessible and someone is always there to help us. We are absolutely going to resign with Parrish Realty and look forward to continuing to rent from them.

Experiencia fantástica: Everyone that I have encountered during the application and viewing process were wonderful and personable. Gina answered each and every one of my questions (I had a lot lol). She made the application process very easy and understandable and she is a very genuine, loving person. So is Donna! Donna met me to allow me to view the duplex that I am about to move into! She was very nice and personable as well! Both of these ladies have great hearts and are here to help. Bruce was also very nice and made lease signing a breeze and he explained all information very throughly. All 3 of these individuals made me feel so welcomed and I am very happy to be one of their new tenants! ❤

I came into Parrish from a referral, needing a place to stay to due to the fact my landlord of 10 yrs wanted to sell the house I was renting at last minute. I explained my situation; at my wits end, almost in tears b/c I was running out of time. I told these ladies what I wanted/needed and they came through. Within one week on the property I wanted that was not yet ready might I add, I moved in. Mr. Bruce he was outstanding he understood my situation and made sure I was taken care of for me and my two children. Without a doubt I would absolutely recommend Parrish Realty to anyone who needs helping finding a forever home. You have the options to pay your rent online, request maintenance issues and chat via text for those such as myself who doesn’t have time due to work and family to travel back and forth. I had one maintenance request and they were there same day and took care of the issue immediately. Thank You Gina, Donna, and Bruce for making feel like family and allowing me to continue to provide for my family. Awesome staff and customer service! Forever Grateful

Experiencia positiva: Parrish Realty Property Management have been great to deal with especially Bruce. He has been my primary contact since I have lived in my apartment. He has always been helpful to me and answered my questions whenever I needed something. The rental property itself is lacking but I don't put all of that on them. I have not had many major issues with them so far. The new app is extremely helpful and I am glad they set that up. They are a busy office so sometimes following up may be needed but that's to be expected sometimes. Would definitely check with them if I decide to rent again in the future.

Experiencia positiva: Parrish Realty, like any leasing company, has its pros in cons. I have been renting from Parrish for almost two years now. I have rented two commercial properties with Chuck, and one home with Bruce. I have read the negative reviews and I would just like to say to those being so hard on Bruce and Renee that to myself and my family they have been more than fair. If you simply just communicate with your realty company, or come in with questions instead of problems, a lot of things will get done. Any time that I have had a problem with my home, the maintence team has showed up same day with solutions. Any time my business had issues, Chuck was only a phone call away. The deposits and application fees are the lowest of any company in this area, the housing listed are beautiful and reasonably priced, and the people in the office are having just as bad a day as you are, but they still keep a smile on their face. I would recommend the team at Parrish Property Managment, and thank them for the beautiful home my family and I get to enjoy!

Experiencia negativa: Umm okay so I was going to give them a chance despite the reviews. Initially the lady who answered was super helpful and nice about their properties so I did an application I was told it was going to take 24-48 hours for it to be processed well on day 3 I called. Spoke to an older lady who said the other lady was out and to call back in an hr, so I called back and was met with a rude guy who told me to be patient and just wait they would get back to me when they can so now I'm like okayyyyyy lol so I did. The nice lady did call me back that afternoon and told me I qualified for an apartment for $575 wow so I already wasn't expecting much I make almost 6x that so I was expecting something a little better. Long story short she was supposed to send pics of it never did, called again the guy told me to be patient if she said she's going to do it then she will and still nothing. Honestly I'm over it I wouldn't even stay in that run down apartment. You guys can keep the little $25 application fee

Experiencia fantástica: I just got finished signing my lease: When I first came in to the office the staff is very friendly and supportive and explained the paperwork to me. I like to see smiling people and they have beautiful property. It was a quick process for applying and the office was clean and I would recommend anyone to come to them for rentals or apartments and they were helpful to me and my family.

Experiencia negativa: I did not know it was lawful practice to charge a potential client to view a house. I called Parrish realty to view their listing on 1008 Bittbourg Ln. in Wendell, NC and they told me in order to view the house, (that I don't know if I'll like) I must pay a $25 application fee. If your house is listed with them and its not being rented, there is your reason. Good luck with that practice. Never, have I heard of being charge to simply view a home.
