Experiencia fantástica: In the recent housing market, trying to buy a home in the LA area as a single female was frustrating to say the least. Inventory changed as quickly as homes came on the market, bids went for sometimes $300,000 to $600,000 over asking price. Many agents were unresponsive to my inquiries, cryptic with seller information or even downright rude or dismissive in their dealings with me and I was beginning to give up on the process. My father suggested that I visit Team Rock in Kenneth Village, a quaint little neighborhood agency in Glendale, as the realtor I should give a try. I met with Natalie Kevorkian and Lar Chouljian and explained what I was looking for. At first, I thought I’d never qualify for anything more than a condominium and that’s where we first looked.
