Experiencia fantástica: We started working with Sari several years ago on our first house-hunting trip to the northwest Colorado area. She was patient and took time to show us every house we were interested in. She also worked hard to find places that fit our needs that she thought might work. We did not buy a house that first trip because the time wasn’t right. We came back two years later during a time that was right for our move and contacted Sari again. Just like before, Sari quickly stepped up to help us in our search for the perfect place. She nailed it for us by getting us in line to make an offer on the same house that was for sale just two years before which had just come up on the market again. This was THE house we wanted out of all we looked at. We could not be any happier with Sari’s first-class service as a realtor who is now a close personal friend.

Experiencia fantástica: We have worked with Cornerstone Realty both professionally and personally over the years. They have performed wonderfully in both arenas. They pay attention to details, follow through, and understand their client and the client's needs. On our most recent sale, Sari and Stacey were great. One showing and we were under contract. They both stayed in touch during the process and Sari stayed with the movers after closing so we could get on our way. I recommend them for any real estate transaction you might have.

Experiencia fantástica: My wife and I just moved to Craig. Sari at Cornerstone helped us through a challenging closing process and was always there when we needed to get ahold of her. It took a while to find a house, so we also debated renting. Through the entire process we did not feel pressured or pushed toward any decision because it would have meant more or less money to our realtor. Sari was there to help us make good decisions and provide great advice in our better interest. After several home purchases and sales in various places, along with multiple Realtors we have used, I would put Cornerstone at the top of the stack without hesitation.
