Experiencia fantástica: When we started looking for a place in the Bitterroot Valley of Montana we did not know our way around, so selected 12 properties from internet listings. We sent a few messages to a few realtors, ONE picked up the phone and call us! ONE!!! Craig Siphers, EXIT Realty. We spoke, told a couple of jokes then I sent him the 12 we wanted to see. Craig dedicated a full day, made all of the 24 hour notices, then drive us around and showed us all 12 places. We settled on 3, narrowed to one and then the negotiations began and Craig was behind us 110% all the way to the final closing! He was loyal, driven, motivated and I think more than anything wanted us to find HOME here! 4 1/2 years later we have not missed a single day that we don't say "I LOVE IT HERE". We found home. Call Craig, he was born and raised here, he knows every single road, backroad and history of almost every property we saw!

While there is no inspection with land, there are many other things that need to be investigated during the contingency period and Sue helped us navigate that process. The property we purchased had an obsolete, very restrictive covenant. Sue connected us with attorneys that specialized in covenants to get their advice. She used her extensive network of local contacts to check-out the water wells, septic, electric, approach to the county road, family transfers, etc. We would not have known what needed investigating without Sue’s expertise. She was very professional a pleasure to work with.

From our first meeting she stood out as extremely reliable and educated about the Valley real estate. She quickly understood what we were looking for and asked us to attend a one-day open house. Experiencia negativa: We listed our gorgeous home 8 months ago with an agent from Exit. We listed at the price they recommended. Over the course of 8 months, we had only 2 showings, and Exit recommended 4 price reductions. When I asked what other marketing strategies this firm was using to gain exposure, I was told that they post to Zillow, Truly, and Realtor, etc. Everyone knows that these sites automatically feature a listing. Not a strategy, but a byproduct. When I expressed my frustration at the haphazard price drops, the lazy photos, and once again asked for more thorough marketing, including the basics such as an open house, the Owner/Broker replied that, “Since we were obviously unhappy with the services Exit provides,” they would be terminating the listing contract. No attempt to meet our needs, to explain or communicate, only to run away from simple questioning. We all know that in today’s digital age, the job of a real estate agent is becoming more and more obsolete. Especially those who just “phone it in,” and expect to make $77k for a few hours’ work. For a firm to stand out in today’s Market, they must be focused and strategic. I work with 4 other realtors in different parts of the country whose tenacities are inspiring. But Bitterroot EXIT? They’re gonna get swallowed up by the competition, as they should.
