Experiencia negativa: I would not recommend working with Vemra & Associates based on my experience. The company appears to be trying to sell and lease properties at the same time, which creates confusion throughout the process. Communication was very frustrating. When you call, you’re routed through an automated system, and it is difficult to reach an actual person. Responses are not timely, and when I did receive callbacks, communication between the sales and leasing departments seemed disorganized. I had a tour scheduled for one of their listed properties, only to have it abruptly canceled. I was later told they no longer wanted to lease the property. This was disappointing and felt like a waste of my time. Overall, the lack of communication, poor coordination, and last-minute changes left me with little confidence in the company. If their property management and customer service are handled this way, I would be concerned about the quality and reliability of their properties as well.

Experiencia negativa: do not rent from this company! they do not care about you as Tenant, as the owner believe that their customers are the home owners and not the Tenants (as she told me over the phone), i went and look at one of their property the last week of April, we liked the house and everything seemed to be normal, the house looked like was left empty for a while but we didn't pay to much attention of the dust and cleanness of the place as we assumed in good fate that the house was going to be clean for us before we move in, 3 weeks later we signed the lease and was told to grab the keys from their office, and not at the house in a way that we could have check the house before grabbing the keys, we went to the house and realized that it wasn't been clean for us to move in, lots of dust everywhere, ants infestation, spider webs and a lot of dead insects of every window, and really wished that was all, once we moved the fridge and the stove what we found underneath was absolutely disgusting, rotten food, and sticky black liquids from probably decomposed stuff, absolutely disgusting, when we send our first text about the issue we didn't get any respond, i had to call the day after, where the lead broker and owner of the agency responded, and the first thing that she said was not an apology at all, she instead asked me if i looked at the house when i went to look at it 3 weeks before, showing zero concerns about our experience, when i asked if those are the principles which they take care of their customers she responded that her customer is the landlord of the house, at that point the conversation step by step only escalated to worse, i send them pictures of everything and the answer was that i was just being pitiful, we have a 5yr old and feel absolutely disgusted to bring him into a house like this, do you think they care about that, absolutely not, all she cared to do was pointing out that i signed the lease and that means i accept the house as is.. i even told them that if that's how they want to work i would like all my money back and part ways, she hanged up the phone in my face and sent a text 10 min later just demanding me to bring the keys back, without mentioning anything about reimbursement, and when i asked about it, you guest it, no answers. just look at the pictures and question if this is how a tenant should be treated.

Experiencia negativa: I have had a horrible experience renting with this agency. It is almost impossible to speak to anyone on the phone because they never answer. I've had maintenance requests go unresolved. The communication is nonexistent. They give no forewarning about repair invoices... I've actually paid a hefty sum for a repair only later to be told it was actually worth more than what I initially paid. They then sent me two more invoices for additional payments. Do not rent with this company.
