Experiencia positiva: I WAS SO EXCITED to try Sandy!!! My daughter and I decided to get our nails done there since an associate of mines have been going to her for years! Sandy was friendly but I wasn’t to thrilled on the nails. Gel polish looks sloppy looking and not neat. The gel polish has already chipped off one of my nails! It started to chip off only 2 days after getting them done. My daughter’s nails look ok but mines not so much. I was going to return to try again her again but I highly doubt it!

Experiencia positiva: Very expensive, quality of work is mediocre. Nail tech has nast demeanor and does a half job in pedicures.

Experiencia negativa: I have visited Sandy 4 times I really like how she do nails and I honestly never do reviews. The first two times my nails were great no complaints at all but the last two times I went my nails were lifting in less than a week . This last time I went on Friday April 30th that following Sunday my gel pedicure was peeling and two of my nails were showing signs of lifting I had just about all of my nails lifting on May 5th it seems like I wasted my money two times in a row over $100 spent . I work really hard for my money and at least expect my nails to last two weeks or more without lifting.

Experiencia negativa: Sandy does not no how to do nails. My nails were horrible !!! I asked her to soak my previous set off so it doesn’t tear up my nail bed and make my nails unhealthy! Prying nails off is very unhealthy and she didn’t want to wait for them to soak in the acetone had a attitude problem. I wanted sharp square she game me mediocre. CARLA WAS THE BEST NAIL TECH HERE

She’s racist and show favoritism to white customers

Experiencia negativa: Went and the wait wasn't too long and the tech was pleasant. I explained to her that I hadnt had my nails done in a long time so I wasn't really sure what i wanted and let her pick the color. The color she picked looks great but the nails are too thick and hurts my nail. I called the next day and I was told it'd be $10 to remove them. I'm not going to pay a total of $50 to not have my nails done. I don't believe the tech intentionally did them too thick but to then tell me I have to pay you more to undo it is ridiculous. I didn't even ask to have them redone. Not sure if I'll be back.

I had been there a long time and noticed that all the polishes were dried out, so I decided to not get a manicure. SHE NEVER EVEN TOUCHED MY NAILS and charged me $10. I asked her about the price and she said that they “can’t reuse the acetone” that my nails soaked in, so she had to charge me that...

Experiencia fantástica: Sandy did a great job and was fast. Her daughter was home from college helping out and she was so sweet talking to older customers. They were all really friendly. I went during lunch and had called ahead but when I got there they had gotten busy but she did great getting to me and getting me back on time. Plus my nails look great and she had LOTS of gel colors to pick from. I will definitely be going back.

Experiencia fantástica: I was visiting from out of town and called 5 other nail salons before Sandy’s. She answered the phone right away and said she could accommodate me! She was hospitiable and friendly. I accidentally messed up my manicure and she fixed it right away. I also left my debit card and she called me to let me know. This is definitely a place I would come back to if I’m ever back in town. Thank you so much Sandy for making my visit relaxing!

Experiencia negativa: Don't waste your time and hard earned money. Sandy (owner) is rude and unprofessional. She is constantly overcharging or charging for services not rendered. I will never spend another penny in her shop or any of her other businesses for that matter! I never do ratings or reviews on businesses but this has by far has been the worst experience ever when dealing with a business.

She is a PRUNE!! She really is terrible! And her lashes fall off and burn your eyes smh terrible quality. I've dealt with her on several experiences and I will never again!
