Experiencia negativa: We are so baffled by our communications w/this realtor... After 3 emails, she called me by the wrong name, she provided info completely opposite of what we told her (more than once) we are looking for (one level - she was told my husband is older and we do not want steps), but apparently there must not be one level residents anywhere in our county of choice (which is another important bit of info that she couldn't 'hear'...) Not sure what the problem is but this was a waste of my time. When these issues were mentioned - no apology was given, no excuse, - I felt as though I was dealing with a young, non-caring, non-present individual... Be careful, make sure she is giving you what you are asking for. Maybe we aren't spending enough money to suit her?, who knows but this was a sad excuse for a "professional" experience. She was given 2 stars because she did respond to our communication quickly.

She knows the area very well, as she’s from NC. She also really knows real estate, due to her family having been in the business for a very long time. She listened to everything we said and really took it all into account. We began the process before even getting to NC and then she spent an entire week with us, tirelessly showing us homes while visiting to find the perfect place. She supported us, never forced us into any decisions and was genuine if she felt something wasn’t the right fit! True transparency with a realtor can be rare but that was one of the most helpful traits of her! Once we were under contract, it took us a few months to make the move out here and she even went out of her way to check on our house a few times before we got into it. They are professional along with being helpful for what I needed. They quickly understood what I needed and made themselves available to go see the properties that I wanted to see. Addendum 11/22 So now this is the third house that Ann Harold has helped us buy. She has been available by phone or text to set up viewing appointments for us. Always at our convenience. Experiencia negativa: I value integrity and the importance in keeping my word. I hired the owner of this company, Ann Harold to sell my house. Several months after signing a sellers agreement I decided not to sell my home. I don't believe anybody should be forced to sell their home because of a listing agreement with a realtor. I paid her for her time and for some drawings that had been drawn up. She plainly agreed to give me the photos and provided me a price that I was required to pay in order to obtain them. She then reneged on that deal and did not reimburse me the amount I paid for them.
